I've bought tickets for me, my dad, and my little boy for the Newcastle match. Thought it was all done via apple wallet thingies and so I'd just need to find the email. Turns out I've got to use an app. Worse, I can get mine & my boy's tickets but my dad's aren't there. Definitely bought them, it's showing up on the email but haven't a clue how to get hold of them.
I assume maybe I have to log in with my dad's account, but I've no idea what the email and password for that would be as I'd signed up for it about ... 15 years ago? Can't find the email anyway.
Any ideas?

You definitely need to get your Dads ticket via the app and you’ll have to sign in as him to do so.

If you don't get it sorted tonight. Maybe get to the ground a bit earlier and ask the ticket office to help you out.

Defeated mutely the easiest way to get the ticket from the app is to go to the app through the email, even if you already have the app.

Your dad might have to log in separately via his own Fan ID and access his own. That's what they said to me the other day when I bought one for me and AD. He did try that but the email they sent had the incorrect Fan ID...

On the ticketing website, if you change your relationship with your Dad to "app sharing" then you should see his ticket in your app.

You have *no idea* how relieved I am … this worked. Thanks a million, it’s saved a very stressful morning!
Thanks all for your help, it’s very much appreciated :)

Thanks for this Meanwood. I always forget about the app sharing functionality and that you can switch it on or off.

No worries, now you just have to negotiate passing the phone through the turnstiles!
