3-0 Villa, this will make yesterdays result more decent even a good result.
C'mon Villa.

Big game this, need to get our mojo back at home and win.

Zero Villa goals, three Brighton goals, four Villa injuries.

Home win, 2-1. Ollie and Sancho, James Milner for them.

Zero Villa goals, three Brighton goals, four Villa injuries.
Mindless Optimism Trumps pessimism every day for me.
-
A lot of negativity building up down there, booed off today. Hopefully we can cash in on it.

Five Villa clear goals disallowed because the refs hate us.

With man utd and chelsea having winnable games away at west ham & home to Leeds, on the Tuesday, the pressure really could be on by the time we face Brighton. If Man utd win, they’ll be ahead of us on goal difference.
Brightons away record isn’t great, but they can pull results out of the bag, they’ve beat Chelsea & drawn with Man City.
We never looked like winning against Everton and Brentford, so something really has to change on Wednesday.
Nervous times.
Martinez

Come on West Ham don't be cants all your lives.
-
Need to score first.

Two penalty appeals. Neither given.

Two of them disallowed because the ball was out of play at the start of the half.
-
Just realised Milner didn't play this weekend so will get the record against us, instead, if he plays.
-
And chips in with an og.

He didn't play today so will only equal the record if he plays on Wednesday.
-
Ta.

I like James Milner. It would be nice to get the record at Villa Park. Or equal it whatever it is. As long as we are winning the game at the time he comes on of course and he doesn’t help them in any way to get any kind of result. Because he can fuck off at that point.
-
Seems fair to me.
-
As sound a piece of reasoning as you'll see today.
-
He can come on for a few mins when we're 3-0 up and enjoy our CL qualification.
-
Brighton looked pretty poor today , we need a win..
3-1
defensive cock up in first half and come back with Morgz , Tammy and Barkley
