Post by: bill on October 01, 2025, 02:30:40 PM: Was at the final in 82, great memories. Went back with bunch of mates in 2007, the 25th anniversary. Took the stadium tour. They switched the main stand to the other side, but our guide, who also was at the match in 82, clocked our retro final shirts, and took us separately across the pitch and up the stairs to where Dennis lifted the cup. The club have a wall with images and dates of all the great matches played at the stadium, we’re on it. Had a great weekend there. Hope anyone travelling over, has as enjoyable a time as we had.
