Good to see Pau back but that's a defence that just looks worryingly like a midfield.
-
Joe Gauchi on the bench with Olsen. There really is no need for two keepers.
-
Wrong midfield I'm in my opinion. Tielemans can't play back there and McGinn is wasted deep. Should've been Tim in for Kamara. Glad Paus back.
-
So he didn’t trust Tim. Deep sigh. Mcginn defending I reckon.
-
Agree thought Tim would start.
-
Draws no good at this point, and we have limited options at the back anyway. Go for it and for gods sake take the chances when they come.
McGinn playing the Kamara role by the looks of it.
-

Wassa matter you, why you look a so sad.
-
Tielemans in place of Kamara could be a disaster. Why has Ubai not been brave enough to start Iroegbunam?
-
I'd have preferred Digne and Tim in the starting line-up.
-
This botched line up is exactly what previous managers would do. I thought Uni was different. Left sided CH playing on the right with a right sided CH on the bench. Attacking MF playing DM with a DM on the bench. Yawn. Why do they always pull shit like this.
-
Cash and Moreno need to be ready to tuck in behind the CB to cover for the lack of pace.
-
I'd have put Tim in but maybe on the back of a couple of defeats and playing away from home., he's gone with experience which I can understand.

Probs need to wait for the result before going for it this big

Dunno if you've heard but we have a few players out with injuries

Botched line up? We've got 5 players out, including two centre halves.

Tim's not really a DM though.
QPR fan in the Mail in the week said he did well in the box to box aspect last season for them but his positional play and marking wasn't great.
Personally I'd just move Luiz back to DM. He played that role for most of his first three seasons here after all.
Not ideal given how brilliant he's developed into the 8 but ultimately it means SJM and Tielemans can be more advanced and get into shooting positions and link up with the forwards.
I'd be o.k with a point today (given we must win the next two after) but we need to be getting on the frontfoot in games again and winning them sooner or later.
-
He’s no risk taker is he
I’m a bit disappointed to be honest, I don’t rate Tielemans as much as others on here and would rather have seen Tim
-

Nobody wants Chambers starting.
They'll just have to do their best today even if it's a bit unbalanced at the back but maybe teams in history coped with a left footed CB on the right side I'm sure.
-
The more positive spin. Shows how far we have come in a couple of seasons. Horrendous injury problems, but we can still put out a team of pretty decent players, with a few more on the bench. OK, a couple are struggling for form, and 2 or 3 are not in their best positions, but that is a team that should beat Fulham.

Botched, lol.
One of those weird things where nobody worries about two right-footed centrebacks, but two left-footed? The horror!

6 out inc 3 centre halves unfortunately. We will still win.
-
Sensible selection. Tielemans won’t be a like for like for Kamara and I’d think he’ll play as the most forward midfielder with Luiz and McGinn in the middle.
Let’s hope we get through it with no more central defensive injuries as Chambers is the next one in. If people think Lenglet is slow then they haven’t seen Chambers.
-
I don't fancy Tielemans when we're up against it despite his obvious talent. Seems a bit of a sulker. I'd've give Tim a run but then given our injuries I was already talking about next season in the pub last night.

Indeed.

In the mixed zone. How do you tell the villa fans? They have a beer in their hands.

Tielemans certainly isn't a defensive midfielder. Hasn't got the legs, and gets overrun everywhere he plays that isn't the number 10 position.
-
Maybe (hopefully) the thinking with Tim is that he's played about 25minutes of first team football this season so putting him in from the start might have bene a bit much and instead he'll get some more time from the bench for a game or 2 before being in the mix for a start as we get into March.
-
Famous last words, but I’m feeling pretty confident even with the omissions.
-
I think we will see Doug sitting in the Kamara role which he will do brilliantly. Obviously if he does we lose something in in an attacking sense so we really need Tielemans at the top of his game to make up for that. If both those things happen we win.
-

Maybe you have missed the news but most of our defenders are currently injured. What options does Unai have?
-

Not sure where the Tielemans DM idea has come from unless UE has specifically mentioned it.
It will just be Luiz-McGinn as it was pretty much between 2019-21 for us so it's experienced at prem level and we now have better players all around them than those years.
Luiz
Tielemans SJM
Bailey Ramsey
That's what I would expect today. Cash needs to be more cautious today as Fulham main gameplan is to get Willian cutting inside and then shifting the ball to Antonee Robinson on the overlap to get crosses in.
-

Luton away is a logical game to start him. See how this midfield functions in the next two and then bring him in if it's unbalanced.
Let's remember we won plenty of games in March and April last season after Kamara got injured although the "vibe" feels a little different now.
-
Midfield doesn’t look balanced.
Be brilliant Pau.
-
If I was a youngster i would feel i have little to no chance under unai. Having two keepers makes zero sense at all. Why not have kellyman or a cb from our u21s on bench?
If paus not fit we have a cb pairing of chambers and lenglet. Scary thought
-

He thinks Mings should have started.

I think Doug is mature enough in his game to realise he'll have to sacrifice himself for the team in last three months.
It's not ideal but he comes deep anyway to pick up the ball and SJM, Tielemans and Ramsey all ahead of him gives him decent passing options to connect to the two forwards.
We're not going to make top 4 just spamming a few 1-0 wins, need to roll the dice a bit and start scoring two or three goals on a regular basis as we were doing for most of 2023.
-
I'm strangely positive. I have even included a Villa win in an accumulator which I basically never do. Actually, WHAT THE FUCK AM I DOING?!

The other way to look at this is that by being so 'tight' with giving spots on the bench every time you get there, even if you don't get on in the game, it's still an achievement and a sign that he beleives in you as a player.

we need to scrape as many points as we can as often as we can.

Same here, John. Tielemans obviously has the talent but really lacks consistency, he's due a good game. I'm not a fan of having to change the set up to fix one problem, especially when the solution is potentially sitting on the bench. Dougie is such a key player for us, when he takes control of a game we're a joy to watch. Our success this season has been mainly from having a brilliant and powerful midfield with Dougie orchestrating it.

Yes we do, but 1 win = 3 draws (I know you can add up!!).
-
Not sure about Tim starting to be honest bit mixed from what I've seen. Digne not match fit so I think this is the best we can put out currently.
-
I feel sure with the team giving 110% and our support we can be successful.
-
A point today is o.k but we then must beat Forest and Luton. Even a draw from one of those games would make CL start to go to reasonably unlikely.
We get 7 points and bar Spurs getting a big win from Wolves or Palace we'd be above them going into the VP match as they don't play next weekend with Chelsea in the cup final.
-
beautiful football shame about the flag >:(
-
Went early, but promising interplay.
-
Lovely move, come on Villa.
-
Our season's probably fucked, but let's give it a go anyway. UTV!
-
Cash should have prevented a corner there
-
Let's get the first goal please
-
Arsenal winning already. We need to keep the pressure on Spurs by getting a good result today.
-
Playing well.
-
Big gaps in between their backs and midfield.
-
One of those weird things where nobody worries about two right-footed centrebacks, but two left-footed? The horror!
Ciotógs face a lot of discrimination. :(

Their fault for being so sinister tbh.
-
Diving prick.
-
When do Watkins and Bailey arrive?
-
McGinn sloppy
-
Biggest dive you will see. Why didnt they book him??
-
When do Watkins and Bailey arrive?
When we get the ball to them.
-
Afternoon
Mcginn be careful mate
-
Any little rivers?
-
A goal to them
-
It’s offside
-
Rookie ref is going to make this interesting. Plays advantage, calls it back.. Dougie thrown down right in front on the restart, no call.
Great!
-
Offside
-
McGinn sloppy
Been caught a couple of times in central midfield so far.
-
Thank fook.

By the way, is PWS not around?
-
Ollie Ollie Ollie
-
Well done ollie
-
Moist.
-
Excellent from Watkins, used his strength so well to give him the space to get the shot in.
-
Dare I say it but Lenglet looks better on the right
-
Get in!
By the way, is PWS not around?
Hopefully, he is not injured.
-
thoroughly deserved Villa have been on top most of the first 20
-
Get in!

ACL?
-
By the way, is PWS not around?
On holiday with Bad English.
-
Back into 4th.
-
Terrific Watkins goal, great awareness to swivel the chance into existence, and nice to see us pressing again!
-

Watkins Goal. Get in before the copyright claim.

-
Holy Hell Leon.. he’s on another level.
-
Get in!
By the way, is PWS not around?
Hopefully, he is not injured.
ACL?
Ffs! Another?
-
Ooooh off the bar from Leon
-
Bailey hits the bar, almost a wonderful goal.
-
FUCK! That was amazing, so unlucky Bailey.
-
By the way, is PWS not around?
On holiday with Bad English.
:)
-
Woof! What an effort by Bailey. Would have been a proper worldie.
-
Bloody hell so unlucky leon. Great effort
-
Ooh Leon, amazing effort.
-
Unlucky Leon, would've been an absolute beauty!
-
Unlucky Bailey.
My two go to rivers are pants today. Buffering like it’s the year 2000
-
All over them currently.
-
Unlucky Bailey.
My two go to rivers are pants today. Buffering like it’s the year 2000
Let's all meet up.
-
Man, I desperately wanted Luiz to shoot then.
-
Dougie should have done better there
-
By the way, is PWS not around?
On holiday with Bad English.
Normally when Brits go on holiday it's with Pigeon English.
-
Unlucky Bailey.
My two go to rivers are pants today. Buffering like it’s the year 2000
Let's all meet up.
It'll be strange to see you fully grown. :P
-
Final ball in a bit off at the moment.
-
Why the hell did Doug not shoot there?
-
throws him down, steps directly in his heel.. tf is going on with the ref here?
-
Looking good
Dougie .. had a chance there
-
We’re moving the ball well when we have it. The lot are dangerous on the counter so we need that second goal
-
Final ball in a bit off at the moment.
We suffered from that against manu as well.
-
Ouch, Watkins stood on there, that looked painful.
-
Thats horrible by diop. So clumsy
-
Some wwf wrestlers in the crowd apparently.
-

Yep, some of them need to be far more ruthless
-

*AEW. Rival promotion owned by the Fulham owners, who also run the Jacksonville Jaguars I do believe.
-

Tim's not really a DM though.
You've said that before but the DM role is the one he's always taken when I've seen him.
Exactly. It was only after Beale left QPR and with Tim becoming such an important player for them was he pushed further forward. DM is his best and natural position.
-
Pau just calms our defence down
-
Some wwf wrestlers in the crowd apparently.

Fair enough. The commentators mentioned them but had no idea who was who.

They did what Spurs couldn't do and sold out Wembley last summer.
Ahhh bugger. He was trying to get back onside, just didn't quite make it.
-
Bailey's got this chump on toast. We need to find him quciker so he can have a run.
I see heck and monchi in the stands asewell
-
Looks on
-
No it's a goal Alex never offiside
-
Looks onside to me from the stills they're shown.
-
He looks on to me!?
-
Not given.
-
Wtf are those lines?!
That’s gross incompetence.
-
Chalked off
-
I think Moreno was level there.
-
Ollie’s heel. Fuck sake. Not even involved in the play
-
Offside by a gnat's pube.
-
Definitely on according to my lad
-
what did they do with that line - didn't look like it was aligned to Moreno
-
Fuck off.
-
They Made the other player offside ffs
-
Thats fucking onsiide you absolute wankers
-
Those lines were on the wrong players!
-
VAR making it up as it goes along. Again.
-
Whoever drew those lines is pissed.
-
Mike Dean said goal but never mind
-
Ollie’s heel. Fuck sake. Not even involved in the play
Didn't he flick it on (only going on BBC Text).
Edit: Oh they think he is offside from Moreno scoring.
-
Lets not make Fulham profit from that.
-
Mike Dean said goal but never mind
Boyd is very disappointed
-
These VAR fuckers literally make it up as they go along. Citeh? Liverpool? Gooners? Would it have been chalked off? No it would not.
-
Fuck me. Close for them.
-
Leon’s heal was off, but is he interfering with play?
-
Looked onside there? The foot of the defender outside the six yard box looked behind?
-
Muniz getting far too many free headers.
Refs a prick.
-
Ollie’s heel. Fuck sake. Not even involved in the play
Didn't he flick it on (only going on BBC Text).
He meant Bailey. Looked wrong to me, should've stood.
-
You have var and the useless tosser still l make mistakes. Just get rid of the damn thing
-
That was a goal......chalked off for the sake of Tottenham
-
VAR is taking the piss now surely?
-
7 minutes added on
-
Wtf looked on
-
That looks like a fuck up on the VAR doesn’t it. Twats.
-
You have var and the useless tosser still l make mistakes. Just get rid of the damn thing
Well it wouldn't have been a goal anyway without it.....
-
Where are our fans in this ground. I can hear them ok but can't see them.
-
Spuds one down to Wolves.
-
To the right behind the goal as you’re looking from their new stand.
-
Moreno was onside.
-
Spuds one down to Wolves.
They will just get a 99th minute winner like usual
-
Need a second here.
-
Their offside trap is pretty good you know.
-
I've just seen a still, the line is on the Fulham players heel so that's not the issue. It's that whole arm/shoulder area on Moreno that is the problem.
-
2nd blatent dive from decordova. wheres the card?
-
Someone explain to me if you are disallowing that one why did manures last week stand?
-
Ale has had too good goals ruled off this season by VAR.
-
I was not a mistake.....it is done on purpose.
They want the premier league with S
purs and Man U in top 6 positions.
We are having to try and beat the 11 in front of us and the establishment.
Just look at all the tight desisions over the season and see where they go........Wolves have it as bad as us as well
-
While he’s not 100% it’s great having Pau back in the line up.
-
Youri has to make himself available out there.
-
While he’s not 100% it’s great having Pau back in the line up.
Just a superb footballer. His vision and creativity in how he finds passes into midfield is irreplaceable.
-
How the fuck can they get a ‘not’ offside decision so wrong?
-
I can see this inexperienced referee is going to end up doing us over
-
Shit Youri should have scored
-
ahhhh frustrating.
-
Unlucky again or Tielemans NFG.
-
Chance missed
-

I'm enjoying just watching his passing.
-
Messi would have chipped it over the keeper
-
We are going to regret this
-

I thought it was the lino that gave the offside and VAR who made a poor decision
-
Tielemans you have to score.
-

-
Worried now as we have missed far too many chances
-
This has got regretting missed chances written all over it.
-
That was fucking rubbish Tielemans.
-
HT good first half. Should be miles clear already. Hope that doesn’t bite us in the balls later
-
Should be 2, we're going to regret these aren't we 😢
-
ffs tiely should of buried that. We need the 2nd goal with our dismal record here. could have finished the game already by now
-
That line isn’t even parallel to the 6 yard box
-
This Lenglet-Pau partnership is nice. So much technique. Admittedly if they were playing someone like Chris Wood they might struggle. But fun against this kind of team
-
How the fuck can they get a ‘not’ offside decision so wrong?
Because it’s rigged silly.
-
HT good first half. Should be miles clear already. Hope that doesn’t bite us in the balls later
We really need that second goal - you know we’ll concede.
-

Definitely judging it on Bailey. Either to protect the linesmen or the decision was his play was interfering in some way.
-
Pre match:
"OMG EMERY IS CLUESSLESS FOR PLAYING TIELEMANS AT DM LOLZZZ."
Match starts and Tielemans is playing as our most advanced central midfielder by a long way.
So useful sometimes to actually see what formation we're playing before criticising the manager.
Overall we've looked pretty decent and should be winning by far more than 1-0. That Moreno one looked on to me so let's hope it's not a case of VAR f***ing us over and Fulham scrambling a goal from a set piece as this would be a big two points dropped in the season.
-
The good news is the doom and gloom around our injuries is nothing when you have Unai the magnificent in charge
-
Got to be finishing these chances
-
Offside line wasn't even parallel with the 6 yard line.
-
Worried we didnt get a second. I dont think fulham will be that poor 2nd half

I don't see how you can see that and say they're judging it on Bailey. It's the back of the Fulham players heel, if it was Bailey the line would be even further across. I don't think it's the howler people think it is. I think you can debate where Moreno's shoulder is but not the heel.

You can see that they've drawn the line from Moreno, still looks a pretty ropey decision.

Definitely judging it on Bailey. Either to protect the linesmen or the decision was his play was interfering in some way.
Those lines aren't even straight and Bailey was nowhere near the play?
-
We have looked decent and I'm so grateful to see us creating chances. It really helps to be a goal up and have the opponent come at us. You wouldn't think we were hanging on in terms of injuries. We've had the ball in the net three times and hit the bar. Come on Villa.
-
Any working link to the goal please?
-
Not sure the criticism here. He would have been clueless playing him there. He didn't so he isn't clueless. Even the BBC had him playing there in the formations for the match until quite awhile into the match.
-
VAR nonsense once more. They do not have a fucking clue what they are doing. Love to hear the audio...
Anyway, playing well, still look vulnerable at the back. Rocky start from SJM but ge improved and JJ getting better with every match.
-
Any working link to the goal please?
Still working as of now. Be quick

That VAR offside, if it happened against one of the usual suspects, would be a scandal that would be discussed for weeks. It's such a howler.
We've wasted a few amazing breakaways that it makes me very nervous. We just aren't clinical enough at the moment (Sheffield aside).
-
We look good going forward from the bits I’ve seen but we have to get a second.

Agree with every word. Also, we have an injury crisis so there is going to be square pegs in round holes at some point.

Thanks mate. What the hell was that throw in!! Wow.
-
Manure and Tottingam get that offside goal
-
On the Moreno ‘offside’.
It’s the easiest not offside to give. Surely you can see from the line of the 6 yard box that the fulham players foot is closer to the goal than Moreno……it’s plainly fucking obvious
-
We've had some nice breakways. Just feels to me that compared to the top sides in the league we just waste so many with careless decision making when it's a four on three in our favour.
Five minutes before half time and Luiz is central with space to run into and it's on his right foot. Why on earth is he not putting his foot through the ball? Instead he just casually passes it to the left straight to the Fulham player and then they break and McGinn gets booked from it.
-
Decent first-half, Pau's distribution has been mostly excellent which helps us beat the press. We should be out of sight already, hope the missed chances don't bite us in the derrière.
The Moreno offside is highly questionable - the lines they drew should have been almost parallel to the 6-yard box and they are obviously way off. The new ref has done a decent job thus far despite VAR's shortcomings.

Yep, for the second time today I'm fully in agreement! More often than not, we waste too many attacking situations.
-
Manure and Tottingam get that offside goal
Its just sod epressing that is so true
-
Unai needs to start putting some pressure on these var officials its ridiculous how many they give against us
-

That was so annoying, with his ability to shoot it was the obvious option.
-
I feel like this ref's got a right clanger of a decision in him, next goal is massive.
-
The diving from Fulham has been shocking too.
-
Spurs score about 10 seconds after half time....again.
What is it with opposition teams still being in the dressing room against them once the second starts?!
We need to be well up for that game in a few weeks.
-
Lines once again drawn in the wrong place. That was definitely onside.
-

I think I know him.

Definitely judging it on Bailey. Either to protect the linesmen or the decision was his play was interfering in some way.
You can see that they've drawn the line from Moreno, still looks a pretty ropey decision.
Gone now, but they haven't for me there. If you took the blue line out, there would be daylight between Moreno and the claret line. It looks like it's been drawn on Bailey's foot. Either way, the line does not look straight.
-
Just make the VAR thing an irrelevant footnote Villa and score a couple more and win the game.
-
Maybe it's a optical illusion but o me the dotted line from Morenos shoulder seems to be heading down almost directly on the blue line until it bends near his ass. it just looks wrong.

They dont know who scored the goal. Line is on Bailey. And one of the VAR judges isnt sitting in front of the screen . Leaning in sitting down at the side of thee screen. Another VAR disgrace. Lets hope it will not matter

The dotted lines are coming down from Moreno's shoulder/elbow
-
Played well , won the midfield easy but a few wrong decision final ball and need to shoot more and put these bloody chances away. VAR always looking at knocking the goals off unless you are certain teams .

You would not see any of Bailey's foot in the red if they were going off his, it would be further left. The lines are straight, do people really think they would use lines that aren't straight? Do people think all the clubs outside of the "top 6" get different lines and they all just accept it? It just isn't happening. Where they put the line on Moreno is where the debate should be and I think people would have different opinions.
-
Too many not quite at it, we need some 7 out of 10 performances not 4 or 5 out of 10.
-
Scrappy start, and the scraps are much closer to falling their way than ours.
-
We need Scrappy Doo.
-
The lines are straight they’re just not parallel to the 6 yard box as they should be. If they were no part of Moreno is offside
-
We need Scrappy Doo.
Yeah we're much more Scrappy Don't at the minute.
-
Starting slow this half need to be careful here

The highlighted part is a point. They decide that any part of the body someone could score a goal from when using VAR which has these "Drawn from the knob of the penis because he is horny and called Dion Dublin". However if using VAR for the call, then maybe drawn from the bit that scores?
-
They are getting too much joy down our left.
-
We need Scrappy Doo.
A bit of possession would do
-
Fuck off ref
-
As expected sours equalise
-
When does the second half start?
-
Ollie!!!
-
They are parallel, it's just an illusion our stupid brains can't quite figure out when you have multiple lines involved. Google 'straight line optical illusion', we're incredibly simple creatures to dupe at times. They obviously would use parallel lines.
-
0-2 now.
-
SAVAGE
-
GET INNNN
-
Yesss haha
-
Yessssssss
-
Yeasssssssss
-
Now that was a smart throughball, and Ollie's doing it again.
-
AVE IT!!!
-
Olllieeeee!!! What a fucking move!!
-
Bang! what a move, knocked it about and opened them up!
-
Get in! That’s brilliant all round.
-
OLLLLLIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
All the passing and movement was fantastic there.
-
That's what should be happening, make better decisions in front of goal then borderline offsides don't matter. Good to see a ball get twatted.
-
For Steve and others.

The whole move was well worked. Very tidy.

Cheers mate. My stream has packed up.
-
Fantastic goal. Honestly, the same level of passing and movement we showed vs United. We're just putting them away today!
-
Wolves leading now.
-
The return of BeckenPau-er makes all the difference.
-
Tielemans is already looking at what play is on whilst the ball is travelling to McGinn. He then looks again before receiving it and Watkins did well bringing his marker deep before spinning into the space for the pass. Very good finish although keeper was suspect.
-
Man, is there anything better in life than hearing our away fans in full voice?!
-
The return of BeckenPau-er makes all the difference.
Indeed
-
Fantastic goal. Honestly, the same level of passing and movement we showed vs United. We're just putting them away today!
It helps that their midfield was wide open, but it was very well taken.
-
Man, is there anything better in life than hearing our away fans in full voice?!
It’s magnificent.
-
The return of BeckenPau-er makes all the difference.
This. He's been wonderful.
-
get a third then we can have a look at this kid Tim without stressing
-
Game on
-
you’ve got to be kidding.
-
Dammit Villa. Don't even think about it.
-
What a pathetic mess
-
That's crap defending
-
Ffs
-
Fucking sloppy goal lads.
That's horrific by Lenglet honestly.
-
Ffs
-
Such a bad goal to concede
-
FFS.
-
My God that was out of nothing
-
Such a bad goal to concede
Terrible goal.
-
Ah Watkins, might have done better there.
-
Chris all fucking mighty. Dreadful, now we need a third.
-
Lenglet that was fucking dreadful
-
This ref is a joke
-
Looks like Emi gave Longlet a call?
-
Theirs. Martinez must have felt he had all day for some reason.
https://twitter.com/tekkersfoot/status/1758891043875950957
-
that was shocking
-
How is that not a pen?!
VAR is out of control bad today.
-
Lenglet that was fucking dreadful
not sure that’s on him.
-
Cash should have made sure that ball was not crossed in. Poor from him.
-
Ok, it's getting suspicious now.
-
Fuck me that's the penaltyest penalty ever. I'm not angry with the ref, sometimes you don't see them, but that's what the fucking VAR is for. How can you not give that.
-
That's got to be a pen
-
My god.
Corruption in plain site.
-
How the fucks that not a penalty. Corruption is incredible
-
Get a third Villa FFS.
-
Should have been a penalty. Var determined to do us over.
-
Fuck me that's the penaltyest penalty ever. I'm not angry with the ref, sometimes you don't see them, but that's what the fucking VAR is for. How can you not give that.
Now those decisions are what people should be angry at.
-
Fuck me that's the penaltyest penalty ever. I'm not angry with the ref, sometimes you don't see them, but that's what the fucking VAR is for. How can you not give that.
The VAR's presumably a bitters fan or something. Seriously. Not even joking.
-
The ref and VaR taking the piss
-
fucking pen that
-
I don't know the commentator is on my stream but he's adamant it's a pen and that VAR doesn't want to embarrass the new ref.
-
Premier League is bent
-
It’s incompetence or corruption.. I don’t care which, just get it out of the fucking league.
-
Cash should have made sure that ball was not crossed in. Poor from him.
In a foot race like that, he did put pressure to make it a poor cross. I wouldn't blame him that Martinez (and some extent Lenglet) fucked it. As soon as Martinez came out, Lenglet had to pull out because otherwise they would have both collided.
-
In control and then concede a really poor goal.
-
I don't know the commentator is on my stream but he's adamant it's a pen and that VAR doesn't want to embarrass the new ref.
Yeah, I've got him as well. Strange view. I think they're just shit.
-
Cash and Lenglet at fault for the goal conceded.
EDIT: Martinez didn't seem decisive enough ... perhaps Lenglet is a little less blameworthy than first thought.
-
In control and then concede a really poor goal.
Yep we need a third here.
-
It may be Graeme Le Saux?
-
They not even mentioned the pen shout on Sky
-
Fuck me that's the penaltyest penalty ever. I'm not angry with the ref, sometimes you don't see them, but that's what the fucking VAR is for. How can you not give that.
The VAR's presumably a bitters fan or something. Seriously. Not even joking.
Like, I literally don't know. Not even asking the ref to give it a second look? What the fuck's that about?
-
This will end 2-2
This is bollox from the corrupt premier league
Imagine if that was a Man U player going down in the box.
-
Yep, got 2-2 all over this I‘m afraid.
-
Get diabs on for JJ
-
We will score again. Believe
-
ref has lost the plot
-
Get Digne on now.
-
We just had such a great spell of possession. Exactly what we need to do. Just keep it.
-
They talked the ref into that yellow for Moreno.
-
Moreno needs to come off. Moreno has git red all over this
-
Why no subs again ??
-
We are playing really well today and the officials are doing their very best to throw a spanner in the works......come on Villa get a third
-
Unai get moreno off NOW
-
Tielemans and Ramsey non existent today.
-
Youri lloks knackered why is he being kept on ?
-
I'm getting behind the sofa until the final whistle. Anything but a win and we've been robbed today
-
FFS Tielemans. Get him off Unai!
-
Teils is being a pub player.
-
wilson and iwobi causing big headaches
-
Tielemans has twice given the ball away now to set up counters. They’re going to score if this continues.
-
Tielemans and Ramsey non existent today.
Is that the same Tielemans who got an assist.
-
Finally subs! Digne and diabs
-
Emery is becoming a bit less proactive in his use
of subs, it feels. Seems almost reluctant to make them.
-
We were so comfortable earlier but I'm hating every minute of this now.
-
How had Teils started on.
-
Tielemans has had some good touches in attack but has also been generally wasteful. That would be fine if he'd scored his chances, and he did set one up, but overall frustrating.
-
You know how that ****** Trump wants voting stopped when he’s ahead, can we have the same rule about leading in games. Stop the game, we win 2-1 job done.
-
Tielemans and Ramsey non existent today.
Is that the same Tielemans and Ramsey who got assists.
FTFY.
-
I sense a goal for Diaby here. Just a feeling in my water.
-
Cant believe he has kept youri on
-
I can't watch any more.....im turning it off to wash up.
If it ends up 2-2 we all must go home and be happy the premier league says so.
-
How are we playing?
-
That was a naive foul by Ramsey, we had the guy snookered and his only way out was to get tripped - and Ramsey obliged. Needs to play smarter.
-
How are we playing?
We're playing very well, the ref is a gobshite
-
We are playing ok
The ref is playing a blinder
-
How are we playing?
We’ve played well overall but have started to become sloppy especially in midfield. They are dangerous going forward so a third would be nice. Because we know Spurs will get a jammy equalizer and probably a late winner
-
Some ragged touches now. Tired legs, probably.
-
Fulham have pushed right up on us and we're trying to adapt and do stuff on the counter
-
That was actually good refereeing.
-
Too stressful. I’m hiding until it’s over.
-
That's about an inch away from being a red for Palhinha, fucking dirty twat.
-
How are we playing?
We were the better team but Fulham have come right back into this.
-
Could have done with Palhinha not getting booked there as they have Man United next.
-
The unenviable return of the Villa related puckering sphincter.
-
Diaby’s covering is useless.
-
The unenviable return of the Villa related puckering sphincter.
Hello darkness my old friend
-
The unenviable return of the Villa related puckering sphincter.
It's like we celebrate scoring a second with a big round of poppers.
-
I sense a goal for Diaby here. Just a feeling in my water.
My watery feeling is that he'll barely touch the ball.
-
Fuck me, we'll be lucky to get out of Putney without another season-ending injury at this rate. Fulham twats launching themselves at everything.
-
Luiz could of run a couple of more mins out of that foul. He rolled himself off the pitch! Weak dark arts game.
-
Great save by Emi
-
It was a brilliant save by Emi.
-
Get in dog heads. Great win at Spurs.
-
Fuck me. Thank God that chance fell to Adama Traore.
-
Spurs lost
-
Ref has lost control of this and they're kicking us around the pitch now.
-
Tim on for Tielemans.
-
Get in dog heads. Great win at Spurs.
Commentstors on suicide watch as #levels hold on for the win.
Come on Villa, bring it over the line.
-
We are no good at shit housery are we.....
-
How much added on time?
-
Five
-
I’m bricking it
-
5p -50p
-
All over get in.
-
Great result
-
Ft
-
GET TF INNNN
-
Thank fook for that! Well done Villa!
-
FT, get in.
-
YESSSSS
I mean the ref absolutely fucked it with that amount of stoppage time but YESSSSSSS FOURTH AGAIN GET THE FUCK IN
-
Adama should've been sent off there, same foul that McGinn got booked for, then shouted in his face and threw the ball away in a strop.
-
Dogheads did us a favour for once this season as well.
-
Yes, just feckin yes.
-
Phew!
Spurs and West Ham lost, Newcastle looks like a draw. If Luton could magic up a result tomorrow it would be a pretty decent weekend.
-
YESSSSS
I mean the ref absolutely fucked it with that amount of stoppage time but YESSSSSSS FOURTH AGAIN GET THE FUCK IN
Should have been another 3mins at least.
