BE, had a glass of Blanquette de Limoux at midnight and immediately thought of H&V's favourite local government representative. My report on the Blanquette is that it, as the kids say, banged.

And, don't laugh, but I have actually been on a 'fact-finding mission' to Limoux in an official capacity. Brought back some cracking Blanquette (although I am a massive Crémant de Bourgogne fan really).
