In something a bit different, John Russell brings religion into it.

Love this piece!

My dad always sings "Its a long way to get to Wembley" and "There'll always be a Villa" as 57 songs!

Wasn't one of his recent articles saying that he was having to 'retire' from the Villa? After reading the above, we need to club together to get him back! ;)

He said that the journey, together with unreliable trains and awkward kick-off times, has done for him. Personally I think he deserves a chauffeur-driven limousine and the match to start when he wants it to after all his service to the Villa.
