The cynic in me says Gareth Southgate probably won't ignore Jacob Ramsey. He'll just tell him he needs to sign for Man City, Arsenal or Liverpool before he gets into the England squad.

Liked especially the last para on Chelsea. It's outrageously funny how much better Brighton are than them considering how Chelsea think of them as a kind of feeder club.
