Where the fuck is our keeper?
2-2
FTF!
-
6-0 Spurs if we play rush keeper
-
4-4
-
Going for a pleasant start to the year. Conte storming up and down the touchline ultimately getting sent off as we come away with a 2-1 win. Ormondroyd and Platt for us. Mabbutt for them.
-
The keeper thing looms large and needs sorting in the long term. In the short term I hope Emi is back to help us to a win.
0-2
-
Looking forward to seeing Yorke and Daley ripping them to shreds. 5-1 to us.
-
3-1 defeat
-
Need Emi, Cash and Ramsey to return for this one.
A return to the form pre-wc under Unai would be great!
UTV!
-
Lloris is shite! Let's do this!
-
We might have a chance if the visiting fans refrain from singing "hilarious" Harry Kane penalty miss chants.
-
No chance with our defence.
But you never know.
3-1 to those horrible shits. Son to do that awful camera celebration.
-
4.0 Villa.
Would be nice.

Bantz innit.
I agree, mate.
-
Son has only scored in one game this season????
Well, I wish I hadn't bloody read that.
-
Son hasn't scored in his last 11 matches in all comps. There's no way he adds to his 6 goals against us, right?
4-1
-
Cash should come back in anyway. Obviously hope Martinez is back too. Wouldn't mind Dendoncker coming back in next to Kamara with Luiz moving further forward. Buendia to drop out.
-
Can’t see us getting much here sadly. 3-1 to them.
-
I can se us getting something there I reckon 2-1 Villa win.
-
I'm expecting another defeat, its a tough place to go.
-
A very tough game. I’d be over the moon with a draw.
-
Going to this with my lad, he’s very excited, the early start after NYE is tempering my enthusiasm. If Emi’s back, i think we’ll win.
-
2-1 to us. Ings to start or maybe Archer. Hopefully Ramsey plays and of course Emi.
-
Well Martinez is back at Bodymoor thankfully...... (I reserve the rights to complain about us rushing him back to soon if things go wrong)
-
Spuds not really performing yet but still too much for us at this stage.
Watkins misses three sitters. Kane penalty converted and probably a Mings own goal. 2-0 to them.
-
Son not scored since the year dot….we know what’s coming next. Emi saves a Kane penalty but rebounds off Mings for an OG.

I bet Son has been rubbing his hands so hard at the thought of playing us there's no skin left on them. Definietly worth a tenner on him scoring at any point.

If I did that, he'd end up with 5 assists in a 6-0 win.

The Martínez/Lloris pre-match handshake will be the most scrutinised since Terry v Bridge. We should get Bad English on comms for it.

If we play the same high defensive line with the sort of sluggishness running a few seconds behind the rest of the match as we did against Liverpool, Son is going to have a hat trick.
-
2-0.

Spurs don’t play attacking football do they sit back especially in the first half
So if we are up for it, we can get at them in the first half and try and hang on in the second, assuming that in the first half one of our prolific super strikers has found the net once or twice.
Which would be nice

What about sitting back ourselves and lure them into our sound defensive grid and then we suddenly counterattack. A counter-counterattacking strategy.
-
Not optimistic about this one. Would take a point.

Yep unless they change approach they’ll try to sit in for the first half and hit us hard in the second.
-
I think it will be tight 1:0 to them
-
Martinez plays we get something, Olsen starts 2 or 3 nil.
-
3-2 to Spurs

Olsen doesn’t stop us scoring goals does he?

Olsen doesn’t stop us scoring goals does he?
He does in so far that his kicking is probably the worst I have seen from a professional footballer. Clearly the defence don't trust him and are trying to cut him out.

Had Watkins or Bailey put away their numerous chances against Liverpool Olsen would have been defending a 2 or 3 goal lead.

That’s irrelevant the point I made. Prove to me who the keeper is stops us from creating chances and scoring goals.

If you don’t think there’s at least a tiny chance you’re an NPC … you’re an NPC

There's still time this year for another ban.
-
Urgghhhh think I’m writing this one off because UE will make a few changes in view of the Wolves match. Olsen doesn’t inspire confidence but we have no backup which should be addressed this week.
We don’t have the squad depth - Spuds 3-0 without breaking sweat.
Great start to the year :-(
-
Spuds fans still aren't happy with Levy and their owners so there could be some v grumpy fans. There's a table with top spenders and they are only 18th or something.... If we could snatch an early lead it could really get the crowd fired up against them..
-
I'll be in amongst the home supporters. Will do my best as an agent provocateur.
-
With Emi, how many. With Olsen, how many more? An easy start to the new year for Spurzzzz I fear.
-
No Martinez according to Twitter-types.

Hope they're wrong: he's had 2 weeks to sober up! Perhaps he's aiming for a hero's welcome in front of the Holte on Wednesday...

Confirmed Olsen

Think he'll get that whether he plays today or not. I'm not there today but am on Wednesday and fully intend to acclaim him for his WC achievements.
