I had no idea this happened. Wow.
-
I remember this.
-
He also played Upton Park, which led to the classic line, "If the ICF are so hard how come they let a load of Christians take their ground?"
-
I remember the Billy Graham gigs. Not that I attended of course. Nevertheless,
Aston Villa is my religion;
Villa Park is my Church.
-
I watched it on the screens in the park opposite. The only time I’ve ever been locked out of Villa Park.
-
I remember the stripey sixth former who ran the Christian Union at school trying to get people to go to this and saying some derogatory things about Villa in his spot in the school assembly. He got booed.
-

They could book this bloke if they fancied doing evangelists at VP*
*By "doing evangelists", I mean burning them in a wickerman thing and stealing all their money or something.
-
He looks like something really evil in a horror movie, the sort of thing that Freddy Krueger would be scared of.

I know. I watched this video a while ago. He's like a manifestation of Cthulu. Nuts!
