Post by: bjfoster on December 02, 2019, 08:58:13 AM
I’ll get in there first with this one then. I’m looking for a ticket for this so if anyone has a spare or isn’t using their reference please let me know.

Sold out before even reaching season ticket holders. Good effort for an early kick off on New Year's Day and on the box.

joe_c if you were relying on public transport and a lift would help instead, we'd be happy to oblige.

A very kind offer but it's predominantly a lack of enthusiasm for getting up at 6AM to go to Burnley. Also a lack of enthusiasm for trying to explain to my dad down the phone how to operate the firestick from the away end at Burnley.

A pleasure. You've just made me look up the KO time as I'd assumed it was 3pm...oh dear me. 12.30 KO means a departure time of crikeythat'searly.
Good luck sorting your pa's firestick, and enjoy your Christmas.

I was going to be away for New Year, but since that's now been cancelled I can go along for an afternoon of misery.  If anyone's travelling to the Tory heartlands of East Lancashire and has a spare, please PM me.
