Email I've just sent to the ticket office:
"Hello,
Sorry to have to complain, but I have tried to order two tickets for my wife and me for the League Cup match away to Brighton on the 25th.
I have tried to set up an ID for my wife under her email address, (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) but the site seems to think that both IDs are mine but under two separate email addresses.
I managed to order one ticket online: Transaction ID: (xxxxxxxxxxx), but unfortunately it didn't do a delivery address check as I assumed it would and online ordering sites invariably do these days and so it has gone to my previous address. I doubt very much I will ever see that ticket.
Is there any chance you can cancel that ticket off, please? I will just try and order two tickets over the phone tomorrow morning.
Thanks
Martyn Smith
etc"
Another thing I've noticed is that the confirmation email I've had for the ticket I ordered talks about the online printing option. What online printing option? Couldn't see that when I ordered the ticket. Post or pick up from VP was all it offered me...

I have noticed a problem when trying to order tickets on general sale. It tell me I have exceed the entitlement. Don't understand that as surely having a season ticket should nor preclude you from buying tickets during GS?

The ticket site is down altogether for me. Anyone else having the same issue?

Martyn, I assume the print at home is a default option that they haven't disabled for away ticket sales. I selected it last year for the game at Leeds more in hope than expectation and ended up with a regular one.
