(Mods please merge if necessary)
I am loath to subscribe to or buy NBC Sports for the handful of Villa matches that will be televised and I confess to not knowing anything about NBC Sports Gold or whatever the fuck it is called.
(and unlike most sex-starved football supporters in the USA, I'm not in the least turned on by Rebecca Lowe and her inability to pronounce "Manchester City" and "Manchester United"....)
So...will AVTV continue to be the best way to see the most Villa matches next season? (VPN or no VPN option)
Thanks, in advance, for advice and feedback.

Alright mate. I'm not sure if you can get DAZN over there in the states, but I'm sure you'll be able to. It's pretty popular here in Japan, and my dearest wife reckons it's the best for football coverage. She might be right as I see it playing games in all pubs, and is advertised on the underground etc etc.
Failing that, I'm sure avtv will have their badly organised fingers in the premier League pie, or I recommend hesgoal.com, which is a Dutch site with really clear streams. I'm not sure if it's allowed to post streaming site addresses on this site, so apologies to the Mods in advance/feel free to move this.

The current DAZN package in the US does not have PL football on it. In Canada DAZN for the CL last year and has now got the PL also and will show every game live. In the US you have NBC but look at ESPN as they had some games last year. It’s possible in time DAZN US will buy the rights. They seem to be swallowing almost everything else. Other than that AVTV should have all the non Sky games.

I’m not sure AVTV will have any live games. They did when we were in division two, but that was our version of the EFL ifollow.

NBC have The rights to all PL games ( and are all aired in some way) so I do not see how AVTV or any one else will show PL games in the USA.

Thanks for the replies.
Surely NBC's rights only extend to OTA broadcasts and the clubs own their own content and can do as they please? Is there not a Preemeer League equivalent of iFollow?

My understanding is that
NBC have exclusive rights.

That sucks

By my reckoning it would cost $40/month just to upgrade to a package on Dish that includes the basic NBCSN. The I'd have to add-on NBC Sports Gold and hope for Villa matches to be televised? Fuck that.
They're missing a trick here by not customising the service like iFollow and AVTV. We're not all glory hunting ****** who just want to see Manchess United, Mancher City and Tottingham Hotspurs.

Seems the prices have gone up....I think Premier League Pass was only $49.99 last season. Still, it's cheaper than having to pay AVTV $20/month and ESPN+ $5/month to watch all our championship games.
Edit : Just noticed that if we aren't one of the chosen live games we have to wait until 9pm to watch the game - that's a bit crap.

Mods: feel free to delete if inappropriate
I'd rather make a contribution to hesgoal than give money to NBCSN for their shite

Hesgoal is a great site.

Probably being a bit overzealous, but think it's wiser not to directly link to these sort of websites on here, so have slightly modified your post.
