I hope it’s ok to give this YouTube video it’s own thread.
I challenge you to watch and not be immensely proud, and maybe a tear or two?

In the Blues version the kids are bringing players presents ;D
On a serious note it don't half make you proud to have this club in my life

The positive power of sport.
Well done Villa, and all other clubs doing something similar. UTV

What a joy to watch.

Brings a lump to your throat and a tear to your eye. I guess a lot of teams do this sort of thing but we seem to do it with so much class.
-
Having to listen to things like Brextix and M.P's, it great to see young children with a smile on the faces. Even starting to enjoy going to the Villa again. Thanks

Nice video 8)
Jack Grealish was giving some support to a young lad on social media earlier today who had a prosthetic leg (in full Villa kit and even his new leg was custom made with a Villa Lion). Spot on.
Had a lad born with a "disability" myself although thankfully society is rapidly moving on and treating such people as normal equals. Villa doing stuff like this is very important. Will keep the players well grounded also if any get carried away with the fast cars etc. Jack G has really matured in that department it seems.

Cheers, Andy. Ace on so many levels not that I expect anything less from our club but it's a timely reminder that we have it easy to some, even if we don't always see it.

Hearing Dean Smith’s Brummie accent makes it feel a bit special too.
It looks and feels right that Villa give help to the local communities.
Well done all involved.
-
That's brilliant, well done Villa. It does make you proud to support our great club.
-
Well done Villa, I'm sure other clubs do thins kind of thing too but even so, makes you proud.

That’s fabulous. Our club gets so much right off the pitch, it’s heartening to see players giving up their time in support of such a cause. That things are improving on the pitch makes it even more special.

I've met the young lad wth the prosthetic leg and I know his dad. It's fantastic how the club have looked after them. They travel from Bognor to get to VP.
My own little nephew attends the local kids with disabilities scheme every week and never misses a game at VP. It's brilliant for them. On Tuesday evening the club put on a Christmas event for them in the Trinity Rd stand. They got to meet Deano and all the players and staff. It really was a wonderful evening for those kids and my nephew hasn't stopped smiling ever since. His mom is a Blue nose through and through and she took him along. She was blown away by it all and couldn't believe so many players & staff had turned up for their little group. I could go on a lot more about what they do for them but I'll leave it at that. Magnificent effort by all those who make it happen and it means the world to those kids.
