I want Aston Villa to be the leader in the world promoting inclusion and against racism or sexism. To stand alongside all communities; irrespective of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

I think all of the top flight rugby clubs did a game about this time last year. Last weekend I think it was generally in support of Gareth Thomas.
