Title: Tommy Ball Murder
Post by: itbrvilla on November 11, 2018, 03:05:58 PM: Just watched the video linked below and thought it would be good to share here. Tommy Ball, the only professional footballer in the Football league to be murdered.

I had hear the story before but wasn't aware of the full story.

I'd imagine there's a few ex-players that have been murdered, which isn't the claim.

Lived in Perry Barr area and seems was a dispute with a neighbour who just shot him.

Remains the only footballer to be actually playing at the time to be murdered and let's hope that stays that way.
