Has there ever been a team that gives hope one week and stamps on your nads the following?

These reoccurring runs of shambolic inconsistency is what will do for Bruce and he really cannot have any complaints. He takes the accolades when we do well so has to take the heat when we play like a bunch of shapeless strangers. Like all the old time managers he sticks with formulas and players way too long when they drop out of form or the opposition susses the line up and our strengths out

I cannot get enthusiastic about the play offs - as I can just imagine cruising through the semi's, getting the team we all fancy in final then not turning up

I have to say that the background image on that site is bloody diabolical. I daresay you don't see M*chester websites with pixellated images like that.

Edit. To be fair, I could have just said that image looks a bit low resolution instead of being scathing about it.
