Villa have way over 1000 tickets still for sale and they are going on general sale on Thursday. I'm not sure this game is going to sell out.
-
I'd expect most to go. Albeit, the lack of a functioning train may put some people off.
-
Be surprised if it didn't. Most games go to general sale. There was a 1000 left for Sheffield Wednesday, a day later 800 had been sold.
Anyway, 1515 left for this.
-
I think that Sheffield sold at the rate of about 2-300 a day once it went to general sale.
I will still be surprised if we sell out 4,800 for an away game live on Sky. We took about 3,500 to Barnsley earlier in the season for a Sky game.
4,800 would be quite staggering for a live match - Far more so than the 1,600 tonight.
-
Well we've sold 3300 so far, which is already a good whack. They'll be the final quarter of the upper tier to sell on Thursday and the good news is, those people will be furthest from the ruddy drum.
1600 is a good following tonight, but I wouldn't disagree that the tick end of 5,000 is an excellent following.
Tonight's is probably more than most take up there on a weekend.

Except Leeds.

Sunderland would have had to expand the stadium if they were playing Leeds on a Tuesday night.

Mate - We got it the first time. It wasn't funny then and it certainly isn't funny 20 more times down the line. Change the record there's a good lad.

And Sunderland. Apart from them bringing about 900 for a Tuesday night game t'other month.

Leeds would have got it quicker.

And with more racism, arm waving, pointing and Stone Island.
