Difficult to see how we're going to get anything with 45 hours 45 minutes recovery time.

That and Fulham also being better than us despite barely crossing the halfway line at VP.

Let's be optimistic and say a bit of rotation with much needed starts for Micah and Gabby and we should be good for a 3-0 defeat!

4-1 to them. I'm only going for a piss up and a party in that brilliant away end.

Recovery from what? By all accounts we didn't actually play yesterday.

Struggling to come up with a line up that on paper looks any better than yesterday.

Green's been poor when I've seen him play, Jack's a Churchill quote at the best of times and can't see how Hogan & Kod can both play without sacrificing the width needed to get the ball to them

Assuming that the Welsh Roberto Carlos is still injured, I expect to see the same team apart from maybe Jack in for Bacuna

Comfortable home win

Fulham ? Lovely club. So welcoming and a nice warm feeling when you go there. Johnny Haynes, Jimmy Hill, Alec Stock. FTF, lets smash them 3-0. It's a far cry from small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts. Isn't it? Mmmmm. Marvellous.

My brother lives in Fulham and has a season ticket - but lifelong Villa fan. I want us to put on a decent performance but I like Fulham and want hem to get into the play offs.

If we looked slow and pedestrian yesterday, I can only see us looking more so tomorrow.

3-1

No chance of winning this one, we seriously need a summer of thinking about how we go about setting up the team to score goals and control games.

Has Bruce any original thinking and motivational skills to turn the load of rubbish on show yesterday into an improved performance?

We desperately need some pace in our team. We looked cumbersome yesterday. Anyone know why they didn't show our game on the channel 5 championship show yesterday?

The show was on Friday evening.

Looked really lacklustre yesterday and with no time to work on anything let alone very little time between the games I can only see a stroll in the park for Fulham. 3-1 loss, then get everything in gear to finally gel and pummel the great unwashed next weekend.

Just watching the ollbeyun v Liverpool. Pulis has got Matt Phillips trying the Rory Delap long throw in. What a footballing dinosaur that guy is. 10 men behind the ball at all times. I think I might go and sort out my sock drawer instead.

Chance to use the short turn around to make a few changes.

Green and Hogan to come in and to play 442.

Can't possibly  fall apart so easily, surely as  yesterday.  Need  Taylor back in at left back and Bacuna no further down the motorway than Junction 6a of the M6.

I think we will receive a proper shooing but Villa still surprise me from time to time.

BTW options for a drink before hand?  I was thinking of going over to Putney Bridge and walking through the Park.

Chance to use the short turn around to make a few changes.

Green and Hogan to come in and to play 442.

I personally would rest Kodjia as I noticed his leg was heavily strapped so keep him fresh for the SHA game.

Hogan and if fit Green are must starts though. Bree aswell.

1 defeat in 6, only 2 in 10, including 7 wins and barely conceding a goal. One set back and it's 4-1, 4-0, 5-0 and thrashing to be doled about by the West London power house of Chel Fulham.

A bad case of wet rich tea biscuit spine or Lescott syndrome going about.

You southern fannys.

Quite right. As a fanny myself I find it insulting and indeed egregious to have my fanny brethren collectivised thusly.

Southern fanny.

Is that anything like the North/South divide, or indeed the Watford gap?
