Right then....if the McGrath's of football are watching, I am posting this from a car park outside the Pirelli and not, as it might appear, whilst on my office PC working on last week's timesheets

Genuinely don't see a play-off place an option, so at this stage it's just nice not to be shit for a while. The turnaround will hopefully continue (how long can a 'turnaround' actually go on for..?) and a top 10 finish would be great.
Draw today though, I reckon.

He is simply irreplaceable right now.

Promotion to the PL is the only objective next season. The money is astronomical. A strong defence, and a player of Kodjia's ability up front will go a long way to getting us back up. No offer outside of the utterly ludicrous is worth entertaining.

What might go in our favour is that PL sides might not be blown away by his record in the Championship, reasoning that the likes of Hernandez at Hull and Gestede at Blackburn managed similar feats and couldn't make the step up. At £10-12 million he might be worth a punt, but we wouldn't sell for that.

If Newcastle beat Wednesday today (they need to for their own title hopes), and the results pan out in a similar fashion to the way they are, we'll be 7 points behind Fulham, still needing to play them, with 6 to play. It's possible. Unlikely, but possible. This Reading game in a week became even more huge than it already was.
