Title: Blues home 23 April
Post by: Scratchins on March 21, 2017, 05:39:25 PM
I have just bought 4 tickets and printed online. The date on the tickets is shown as Tuesday 22nd September 2015. The booking confirmation email has the correct date.  Anyone else had the same?

As season ticket holders can get up to 4 additional tickets each is this fair on those with previous booking history ? Or am I panicking and there will be plenty left by the time my window comes around ?

I am sure you'll be fine with a booking history. I never had a problem before I had an ST. I would imagine that the Upper Trinity would be opened for this one too.

For the record, I won't be buying any extras so that should help you out. ;)

In my case the 4 have booking history, they are belated Christmas presents. Personally I wouldn't buy for anyone who hasn't attended games and I hope that others feel the same.

I'm really suprised they haven't staggered the sales more like they usually do in terms of specific number of games on the booking history. I'd bet my house that the website crashes when they go on sale to people with a booking history.

They should amend the details. Collect tickets at 1 for a 12 noon kick off?

The website crashed when they went on sale to booking history at 5pm. Twitter is full of people complaining to Dr Tony, of course.

Been trying since 5, once in at 6 only showed the Fulham game for sale, just in again said I don't qualify, trying again, waiting time has gone up from 30 minutes to 60.

Sounds like the Upper Trinity will be needed.

Just got in after 5 hours (not continuous, I'm not that sad) Got 4 in a row behind goal in Upper North, struggling to get 4 together, wanted ASBO corner for a bit of a giggle but lower North had only singles.

Just looked at the site - quarter to midnight on a Monday - and it tells me i am in a 60 minute queue for tickets.

I find that a bit hard to believe.

Just got 2 together in the Holte somehow, only 1 block with any availability left in there.

I think they will be opening the Upper Trinity very soon for this.

Our game against Birmingham City is selling well and we've decided to re-open the Trinity Road Upper for this fixture.

Season ticket holders that held a seat in this area in 2015/16 will have the first chance to reclaim their seat for this exciting fixture and have until 5pm on Thursday March 30 to claim their former seat.

They will need to call the Ticket Office on 03333231874 and select Option 5 to do this.

All other remaining seats will be available for supporters with an existing Aston Villa booking history to buy.

Prices are £25 to £37 (adults), £25 to £37 (concessions), £17 to £37 (U18s), £15 to £37 (U8s) and £32 to £38 (adult and junior (U18) combo ticket).

Please note: Supporters will be able to purchase a maximum of four tickets per eligible client reference number.

Think the upper price of £37 may just stop this being a sellout.

40kish is my guess.

I think it will sell out. The Holte is sold out, with all the Zulus buying tickets and there being only singles elsewhere, the elasticity of supply should see the 4k up there going.

To Zulus no doubt.

Couldn't get a ticket for the Holte online so I've had to go in the Upper Trinity. A bit pricey for a Championship game, mind.

Holte is sold out, Lower North sold out, Lower Trinity virtually sold out. Limited elsewhere except the Upper Trinity where availability is good.

Nothing at all in the Holte and I couldn't get 3 tickets together anywhere other than the Upper Trinity.

I'm after a spare ticket in the Upper Holte. If anyone could assist that would be great.

It starts at  A and then goes back to about JJ so I reckon you are about three quarters of the way back in the stand

It's Villa in the Lower North now. You can still look at the unwashed if you crane your neck.

88 tickets have become available in the north upper wings of T1 and T5. Almost all the upper Trinity has gone. Singles only in all but A7.

177 tickets left before its completely sold out.

I have x1 Adult (£30) and x1 Junior (£20) ticket available for sale. Lower Holte, Row B. They are next to each other of course, but I'd thought I'd actually mention it, as for a while all they had available in the Holte were single seat availability!
