Pretty weak bench, but first 11 looks decent.

I've been hoping to see Amavi further forward pretty much since he signed for us. Its a very balanced side.

I could walk past half of our bench in the street and not have a clue who they are.

Ex Villatalk regular Joe Lolley on the bench.  Still can't get my head round that.

Wot no Hutton? Pretty balanced set up but absolutely sod all on the bench other than maybe Gardner if he's fully recovered. Not hopeful tbh - I'd take a draw right now

I think he's a left sided midfielder.

After his heroics of the past 3 games he's resigned for Milan.

I could walk past half of our starting XI and say exactly the same.

I wouldn't recognise Blackett-Taylor and O'Hare but I'd be alright with the other five. Walking past Micah Richards in the street ...

Considering the money we have spent that really is a weak bench.
First 11   not a stench of last few years failures so that's a remarkable turnaround

So funny that Richards is still at the club.  I'd forgotten him what a farce!  ::)

With three wins on the spin we can go there all relaxed, and him them on the break.  The pressure is on them really as their chasing promotion and are at home.  Will go for a 1-1 draw which would be fine by me.

Decent team, that.

Nice to see O'Hare on the bench. McGirdy(Sp?) is another good youngster we have too. One for the future when back from injury.

Another Fan of Callum O'Hare.  Very talented lad but might be a bit Lightweight.  I always love to see local lads getting a chance so I am chuffed for him and his family.
Connor Taylor is a wide player with plenty of pace.

I have liked the small glimpse I have had at James Bree, he just looked like a footballer.  Unlucky for Hutton but them's the breaks !

We should be 2 or 3 ahead. This scenario does not normally augur well.

If Gary Thompson is to be believed, we have given it the full on Olivia Neutron Bomb and got physical, and Udders Field don't fancy it.

Small Heath are being given the run around at The Sty, and their Boo Boys have shown ours how it should be done.

Local yorkshire radio saying that Villa playing well and nullifying Hudds. The summariser, didn't catch who it is presumably ex-Hudds player, is saying he wonders whether Villa can keep the pressuring that they are doing for the full 90 minutes.

What you're suggesting there is something known as 'hope'. A desire we haven't had for a long time, so just keep that shit to yourself for now please.

I mentioned the short corner ferk ups against Newcastle  on the match thread.

It's utterly infuriating, that we've managed to concede from another.By my reckoning that's at least 5 this season.

What's the ratio across the other 91 teams in the English top leagues I wonder?

Just emphasises how much we still switch off at crucial, point winning moments..Grrrr
