Hopefully this should shake some of the buggers up. Well played Kevin Bond. Love how they have to explain that £500 = £1000 if doubled for the thickos.

Kevin bonds going to earn a fortune
-
Hit them where they care.. their wallets
-
Excellent, if a little eye watering.
-
Anyone else have a good feeling about this new regime? Not kicked a ball yet but it seems to be the management taking back control from the players. Rightly so of course.
-
Some woeful spelling in there. Jewelery and dinning room indeed. Also, I'n pretty sure that's not legally enforceable unless the players voluntarily agree to it.
-
Good job there are no fines for poor spelling...
-
One way to claw back the lost income from relegation.
-
I just love how it needs to spell out what fines double means by illustrating £500 becoming £1000.
-
All fines to be paid to Kevin Bond.
He has learned a lot from 'Arry hasn't he. Didn't take long.
-

For Gabby's benefit I guess.
-
Chewing gum pranks £1000
Dressing like an idiot £1000
Use of shisha pipes £1000
Lying drunk in gutter £1000
Tweeting from pocket Don't worry about it, it was obviously an accident
-
That's probably a fake.
-

belt and braces needed with this lot :-\
-
Where did this come from, by the way? Who took this photo?
-

I can't answer your question but it's in the clubs interest for it to be leaked so no end of candidates.
-
Them's the rules for the teachers in the East London Behaviour Support Service, as well.
We all had to give up our headphones.
It was tough.
-
I like. (If real)
-
If that was genuine Gabriel would get a bad case of vertigo and sign himself off for the season, and the PFA would be consulting Sue, Grabbit and Runne early doors.
-
Fuck Me....Kevin Bond will be a Millionaire by the end of August.... (going on last season's form)
P.S.....What's the fine for posting car images onto social media directly after a football game.
-
Can't see what inclination anyone would have to make that up, print it off, laminate it and put it on a wall, take a shaky photo of it and post it on the net. In short, looks real to me.
-

Yes, for our usual job, 24/7, 365 days, etc.
Suddenly, for the Euros, we unaccountably got to watch England in the afternoon, a couple of weeks ago. There was a scramble for low tech earpieces, long lost in the drawers!
-

A free transfer to West Broms reserves.
-

They spelt jewelry correctly - you didn't! It can also be spelt jewellery.
-
That's probably a fake.
I think you might be right. Quite clever though must have taken a bit of thought. Dinning is the give away!

That would be me skint then
-
Must be fake as they are using the old badge :)
-
If true, the best bit is no caps. The sight of our lot turning up at away games looking like a shit basketball team really grinds my gears.
-
No way would fines be settled that way. Obviously fake l.

Agreed, and then losing by a score not uncommon in Basketball.
-

The fees seem very high but I've seen similar rules on a board at SHAs training ground.
-
Re the, that can't be right, never be enforced comments.
Surely it's no more complicated than notifying it as an amendment to the disciplinary procedures that must already exist?
-
Old crest - a fake? Plus the club would deduct rather than ask for cash into Bond's hands.
-
Money to Acorns?
-
Not only have they closed the Upper Trinity and laid people off, they've even removed Spellcheck from all the computers.
How low have we sunk?
-
Any player smiling when coming off the pitch after a defeat - £10,000
In fact, any smiling while on the pitch from start to finish. Angry, serious and a job to be done look to be encouraged and rewarded.
-
They are still using the old crest on SSN so wouldn't read too much into that. I'm pretty sure this is fake though.
-
Apostrophe crime is also apparent.
-

Well you posted it, so where did you get it from?
-
Any player, kicking the ball out , when one of the enemy is obviously feining injury, £1000 fine.

He said he was going to have rules/code of conduct.
£1k for being 6 minutes late and £2.5k for 15 minutes, I wonder what Okore would have been billed for refusing to play.
-
How much for being overweight, per stone?
-

Not so. I once made the mistake of reading a footballer's autobiography and he talked about how fines worked. It's all done on a self-policing basis, rather than being overseen by HR. The idea being that the money is collected throughout the season and then given to charity/used for a piss-up at the end of the season.

Blimey, if these measures had been in place last season they could have bought a golden rocket and had their end of year piss-up on the moon.

Indeed. Even by January they could have chipped in and bought a hard-working player to keep them on PL wages.

He'd have sent the bill to Eric Black for self protectionism and chatting shit.

Maybe not directly connected to AVFC,but it could be an inhouse project run by RDM and Bond with the moneys going towards some kind of event, charity etc.
-
Money in the kitty for a promotion knees up.
-
Just seen some of the photo's of the superstars arriving for training yesterday, it looks as though some are preparing themselves for a day on the beach!
You would think that they would turn up to work? a bit smarter!
Remember watching Garry Thompson talk about the impact the Graham Taylor had on the team when he first arrived, and the rules that he introduced regarding appearance etc... I hope that our new Manager sets similar rules.
-
Wearing headphones = £1000
Just a personal issue I have.
"Dad Dad can I have these Beats head phones?"
No son. There over hyped, eye wateringly expensive and just a bit rubbish.
That and you come across and antisocial by deliberately dissociation yourself to anything that's going on around you. Not really great for a team is it.
-
You could imagine our arrogant lot thinking
"yeah right - treating us like children - well show them"
Hope the Management team are strong enough
-
Who will be responsible for reading the rules to our players?
I do hope that they pay attention (although after the shambles of last season, I doubt it)
-
I didn't recognise half our players in the gallery on Pravda.

You do know they get changed to train.
I can't see why you would expect them to wear a suit and tie to drive to the training ground.
-
I would not expect them to wear a shirt and tie, but blimey, with there money you would think they could look a bit smarter
Watch the Garry Thompson interview with regards to Graham Taylor.
-
Good man! My guess is he wouldn't be doing this for just any squad ;)
-
I hope it's a fake otherwise it's going to establish a petty minded management culture.
We need a tougher regime but targeted at the type of behaviour we have seen from the likes of Gabby and Lescott - not penalising all and sundry just because a hold up on the M42 has resulted in them being 6 minutes late for training.
-
Fines aren't enough. Hit the shit heads where it hurts

This is bang on! Interested to know the source of the photo?

To be honest these tend to be pretty common place among different levels of football. The fines tend to be laid down from management and players agree to them as it's part and parcel of the job. If you come out with stupid stuff - like a fine for leaving your collars up a la Dwight Yorke - you'll get dissent - but as a player you're used to it so allow managers to put their rules in place.
In all honesty most players like it as it's part of the togetherness feeling and creates a manager/coach and players dividing line.

I hope it's not fake as it's just the sort of discipline a club needs from top to bottom. Don't see it as petty at all and it's not uncommon throughout football at all levels.
I'm sure I read somewhere that Sherwood let them get away with quite a lot in his time here.

Which is where?

Across the throat or back of the head with a 7lb Lumphammer for starters!!!!

It transpires that it is genuine, but that it was an early draft of the disciplinary code and that Villa have already, quite literally, ripped up the rulebook.
Well done Matt. Where did you learn to write? Quite literally. Seriously, though.
