Title: Kit Sponsors' Day - Summer 1997

The Euro 96 photo was in the same pack as my photos from Kit Sponsors' Day in 1997


Any recognise these two with Draper and Scimeca? IIRC the bloke with Scimeca gave us a lift to Birmingham Int'l afterwards to catch our train back to London.

The Mailing List sponsored Julian Joachim's kit (H&A) that season - IIRC there was a contest to guess the leading scorer and the winner and runner up would receive the kit. I was runner up - but the person who was first didn't show up so John Penlington said I could have the home shirt if I wanted:

I was at this too.  My best friend from school's dad sponsored Stan Staunton.  I went along as my dad and I took my mate very Saturday.

Jim Walker asked me what i thought of the new away shirt I was wearing.  Had my photo took with Yorkie in his siver Mercedes*
*please note I was only 13 at the time.
