Does anyone know if there's a cap in place for away tickets in the Championship like they have in the Prem next season? Or are we going to get royally fucked over when we go on our travels?
-
The cap doesn't apply outside of the Premier League. Clubs will be rubbing their hands together at the prospect of Villa turning up and requesting thousands of away tickets. Ironic that we'll be spending more to watch us in the Championship than it would cost in the Prem. My money is on QPR to charge the most. £47, I think we paid them last time

If nichola keye is still about she'll still be taking the minimum allocation wherever possible

no there isn't...
but it doesn't preclude the club from ensuring we weren't paying more than £30 by subsidising tickets
i wouldn't hold my breath though... this club knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing.

Football ground guide will give you an indication of next season prices

Ipswich, Sheff Wed and QPR are the clubs everyone has been complaining about. Wait and see.

Blaming Villa for the price other clubs charge us. There'll be a few on here who wish they'd thought of that.

i blame villa for getting relegated, yes.
it's a fact that there will be a £30 price cap in the premier league next season.
it's a fact that there won't be one in the championship.
i reserve the right to complain, and so should everyone else, every time we're paying more than £30 for a ticket next season.
the club can ensure it doesn't happen by digging into their parachute payments to subsidise the cost.
why should clubs be 'cushioned' from relegation, and not the fans?
