I remember hearing that a lot and never really getting it considering 5 of them were in the squad (ok counting Gary Shaw & Blair is a bit iffy!), Walters, Keown and Dorigo were no slouches, neither was hodge even if he was a wanker. Daley as well wouldn't have been far off the squad.

The thing is, even a month ago I'd have agreed it's a shit job, but now, with the changes Hollis has made, there's genuine hope.
Plenty of managers will fancy it, if you can turn this ship round, it sets you up massively. Get it wrong and you can blame what you inherited.
