Different competition, same bad headlines.

That Bradford revenge game was utterly magical. The sheer excitement after that win was palpable.

Quite a few were rested on Saturday.
Hopefully Tuesday will see the recent tough defensive outfit turn up at West Ham and also a new signing up front or somewhere to give us some added grit and/ or creativity.

Good article. As you say Fox & Hollis are not stupid men, yet in an entertainment business they seem content to offer fans absolutely no reason to show up or support the club. I dont understand it.

My first away trip outside of the local area. The view from the away end was terrible but it was a great performance despite Steve Sims doing his best to even things up for Bradford.

Has anyone else resigned themselves to the fact that we are not going to see Villa lift the FA Cup in our lifetimes?

That thought did occur to me as we were having a pint after Saturday's game.

I refuse to die until I see us win it.

Knowing my luck I'll probably have a fatal heart attack 3 minutes into 4 minutes of time added on with us leading the Final.

De-press-ingly on the money once more. The point on confidence is key. I felt that the draw was the worst we could have possibly had and a beatable lower division side could have seen us with a morale enhancing win that was never going to happen on Saturday.
