....not just High Wycombe or West Wycombe, the WHOLE of fecking Wycombe. What chance does a team from a small part of North Birmingham have against that?
Anyhow, is Tues 19th the definite replay date as per the FA Cup OS or could it be moved?

I imagine BBC and BT Sport will pick (and move) games but with Bristol C at home to the bitters and Eastleigh getting a draw I doubt they'll pick us.
-
Until its announced by the club/TV have decided I wouldn't say anything is definate
-
You would think Bristol City v Albion will be on TV, their game is on the Tuesday. Can't see Bolton being on now they're at home. Spurs v Leicester will be on if that goes to a replay.
-
Leicester v Spurs will be one TV game and I reckon ours will be the other one
-
Liverpool v Exeter will be on,it's all about viewing figures

I had forgotten about that one but there is more chance of an upset in our game IMO

I'd hope the club offer travelling supporters to the away game free tickets for this. I know they won't, but i think it would be a decent gesture.
Why on earth would they do that?

Which club?
AVFC?
We're at home!

Apologies. Post written incorrectly whilst rushing off my train. Bloody mobiles!
I was supposed to write, it would be good to see AVFC reward all AVFC fans that attended the away game a free ticket to the replay.
Ps I'm aware we are at home. I was there yesterday!

How about a goodwill gesture to supporters? If Randy can afford to put on free coaches to away games, then a couple of thousand £10 tickets isn't going to hurt him.

It would take a lot more than a free ticket to get me to watch that after Saturday's trip!

The free coaches are paid for by a £200,000 grant that all clubs in the Premier League receive, not by the clubs themselves. The clubs choose how this is spent and Villa have also subsidised the tickets at Chelsea and West Ham this season as well as the free tranport for some of the lengthier trips. Premier League's £12m fund for away fans welcomed by group (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24446082)
Free tickets for the replay for attendees of the original tie is probably complicated by the fact that the clubs split the gate receipts and presumably if the Villa contingent have a free ticket then that offer should also be extended to the Wycombe fans. When we played Leicester away in the League Cup some years back, there was a £5 discount on tickets for season ticket holders which was applicable to home and away fans.

Tickets for Villa's Emirates FA Cup third round replay look set to go on sale tomorrow - with prices starting at £10 for adults and £5 for U18s.
The date of the clash in B6 has yet to be confirmed - but should be shortly.
Tickets are £15 [adults] and £5 [U18s] in Trinity Road/Doug Ellis Stand and £10 [adults] and £5 [U18s] in Holte End/North Stand/Family Stand.
They are on sale on Tuesday January 12 to 2015/16 season ticket holders and Villa Cash members.
They are available on Thursday January 14 to supporters with an Aston Villa booking history while on Friday January 15 they are on general sale.
Season ticket holders have until 6pm on Wednesday January 13 to claim their own seat.
Please be aware a maximum of six tickets can be purchased per transaction.
Trinity Road Stand Upper Tier (A Blocks) will not be opened for this fixture, which means that season ticket holders in this area will not have the option to claim their seat for this fixture.
This area may be opened on matchday subject to demand.
Wycombe have requested additional tickets to the standard visiting ticket allocation in line with the Emirates FA Cup rules.
This means the North Stand Upper (T Blocks) will be closed to home fans and season ticket holders will not have the option to claim their seats for this fixture.
Season card holders who sit in Trinity Road Upper and North Stand upper are advised to contact Consumer Sales on 0333 323 1874 or book online to purchase an alternative seat for this fixture.
Cup Scheme Members who are located within the Trinity Road Stand Upper Tier (A Blocks) or the North Stand Upper Tier (T Blocks) will not have their credit/debit card charged for this fixture.
To snap up tickets, contact 0333 323 1874, head into our Ticket Offices at Villa Park or New Street or BOOK ONLINE.

There must surely be another way of saying "snap up". This is really starting to grind my gears.
-
I've snapped mine up. I wanted to get in early because this will surely be a 42k sell out
-
I'll probably buy mine later, I hope the Holte hasn't already sold out.
-
Think I'll give this a miss. Two cold Tuesday nights at Villa Park in a row might just be too depressing.
-
ST holders have until 6.00pm on Wednesday to claim their own seats and the ticket office still (Tuesday lunchtime) can't say when the game will be
-
Now confirmed as Tuesday @ 7.45pm ko

Bristol City v Albion is on BT on the Tuesday.
Liverpool v Exeter is on BT and Leicester v Spurs is on BBC on the Wednesday.

I know I could call the club but I am stuck in a meeting so you lot are the best option.. :)
can you buy at the ground tonight, I was not going but although facing a late fitness test I think I can make it now.
-
You can still buy online and print the ticket or collect at the ground, that's what I've just done. They appear to have waived the £2 booking fee for it if that helps but not sure when/if there is a deadline for internet sales.

They will stop the Internet sales @ about 18:00pm and probably a bit later for sales over the phone to collect @ the Trinity Road
There will be loads available right up to kick off
