Great stuff, Dave, especially the comment at the end.
There's a Liverpool supporter at work whose confident smile will have slipped a bit, tomorrow morning!

Which part of London or Norway are they from?

I was looking at the record against Blues and to be fair we are still quite a way ahead, something like 55 wins to 38 defeats, but you could argue that considering the difference in stature over the years it should be a wider gap. We seem to have had bad patches against them, mid seventies, mid eighties and when they first came up again 2002-2004 ish. They have, however, only managed 1 win in the last 10 games against us with 7 wins for us :-)

... and in the blue corner http://thebirminghampress.com/2015/09/villa-triumph/ (http://thebirminghampress.com/2015/09/villa-triumph/)

By the sounds of it, they didn't expect much.

Like the match, it was close but Mr Woodall just about takes it.

At least Mr W didn't feel the need to raise the spectre of physical violence - but then this is the Blose talking about football,,,
