They wrote to me enclosing paper tickets for the first two: I haven't given it a thought until now.

I got mine last week and delivered another one. I bought my season ticket about 2 weeks before the season start and got 2 paper tickets. So it should arrived by now.

There clearly is a problem with the actual tickets. Mine did not work in the turnstile for the first game of the season. I had to be admitted by a steward who said a large number of season tickets were malfunctioning. I was sent paper tickets for Sunderland and have just received a new plastic one. My guess is the delay has been caused by all the plastic having to be checked for duds.

That happened to my mate as well, steward had to let him in.

I phoned them yesterday Olab - they had no record of it not having been dispatched and are sending me 'another' one.

Mine arrived last week, had paper tickets for first two games.

Mine only arrived last week. I brought them in May (last season) is it worth making a formal complaint ? That is unacceptable service on several levels .....
