I'm hoping there's some left when it drops to 5 aways but I can't see 1250 lasting long.

Just counted up my league aways from last season and I'm spot on the 10 required for first dibs on Bournemouth tickets.

I might go part way down on the Friday and then get into town early on the Saturday.

I fit into the 3+ away games catagory so will hope that there are still tickets left then.  It would be a good game to see, but if not I am aiming for at least one of the opening three games maybe two.

We've been allocated 1250.

Got mine about 10ish.

Mate doesn't qualify 'til Friday but the TO couldn't say if they'd be sold out by then or not.
Obviously!

However, looking at the prices for hotels in/around Bournemouth, I'll probably be going down and back on the day.

I've booked a hotel for the Friday night.

£55 using a Hotels.com discount code.

I'll have to move the car on the Sat morning because its too far to walk, even for me.

I'm planning to park at the Sovereign Centre for the game

In the end I found a place just on the Poole side (easier for me to get to) of Bournemouth for £55 after using a hotels.com discount code.

I know that I'll have less distance to travel for this one than most people but there's no point rushing down and back in a day if I don't have to.

Disappointing to learn that the club having been selling tickets from our small allocation to non ST holders, without any away booking history.

As long as they're willing to pay £120 for an "executive package" of coach, ticket, breakfast and access to a private bar.

Shame I couldn't get a ticket and it is annoying to hear about that too.

Would have been a good match to see, have fun those of you who are going! The whether should be good at least.  Lets hope we don't fall into the trap of so many other teams when playing newly promoted clubs and that we can have strong start to what is looking another tricky season.

That's very poor for a game with such a low allocation; symptomatic of the state of Premier League football. Having booked hotel yesterday three tickets arrived today but I'd have liked a fourth for my wife, who is also travelling down; however, like some of the aforementioned posters, she didn't have enough 'aways' from last season.

By sheer coincidence we have booked to be in Bournemouth that weekend long before the fixtures were anounced.
