No, it's a requirement by the club. We also get group booking deals and client ref numbers are needed to obtain tickets.

Oh, I see. The "club" being Villa and this being an official sort of thing. I understand the reasoning now.

Yeah, but you get less aggro with them than with the West London Lions....
