He was a squad player in 82 and played a part in one of the earlier rounds. I think he got a medal a few weeks ago alongside a couple of others.

played in the same losing 1978 FA Youth Cup side (to Crystal Palace) as Gary Williams, Colin Gibson, Gary Shaw and Brendan Ormsby

The 1-1 v Southampton where he crossed for I can't remember to score was the first game I took my 2 yr old nephew to.
