I'm after two ST refs for the Saints away game, on 16/5, if any kind soul can oblige, please?,
Thanks in advance.
-
I'll ask my friend if he will let me pass on his ST details. As well as the Client Reference Number, what else will you need?
-
Thanks Legion. Name, ref and first line of his address (in case they ask), will be fine, please.
In case you're wondering, I'm a trustworthy type!. I've got tickets/refs for several people on here over the last few years,
Thanks again.
-
You have GM status. That is good enough for me.
-
He has agreed. PM me for full details.
-
Don't think these are on sale yet even
-
Selling details are on the club website now.

Tickets for our away day at Southampton go on sale on Monday.
The Barclays Premier League clash with the Saints takes place on Saturday May 16, with a 12.45pm kick-off at St Mary's.
We have an allocation of 3,187 for the game.
All tickets are subsidised by £10 as part of our away match initiatives for this season.
They are £32 for adults, £27 for O65s, £27 for U22, £15 for U17 and £6 for U11.
They are available from Monday April 20 to 2014-15 season card holders who attended 9+ Barclays Premier League away fixtures this term.
They are on sale from Wednesday April 22 to 2014-15 season card holders who attended 5+ Barclays Premier League away fixtures this term.
From Thursday April 23 they are available to 2014-15 season card holders who attended 1+ Barclays Premier League away fixtures this term.
On Monday April 27 they are on sale to 2014-15 season card holders while from Wednesday April 29 they are on sale to Villa Cash members.
From Thursday April 30 they are on sale to supporters who attended 3+ Barclays Premier League away fixtures this term.
On Tuesday May 5 they are on general sale.
It's a good idea to supply one client reference per seat to build up booking history.
You will be able to buy tickets in person at either Villa Village or New Street, on the phone at 0800 612 0970 or from our ONLINE BOX OFFICE.
Coach travel for this fixture departs at 7.30am.
The first 10 coaches to this match will be free of charge.

They go on sale Monday.
-
Big allocation
-
Sorted now, thank you.
-
I'm also after two tickets if anyone isn't planning on going. One adult and a junior. Could meet at Villa Park for either the Everton or West Ham Games to make a payment. Cheers Dorset Villa
-
Another request here for references for a couple of Soton tickets please if anyone would be able to help out? Our nearest game :). Cheers, lee
-
I'd like to join the queue for a reference on behalf of a Villa supporting friend who is foolish and never bothers to maintain a booking system. Much gratitude will be earned if anybody is able to help.
-
Could I also request a few ST refs please? I may be a newbie, but have been registered since 2007 and long time reader.
I have been away to Leicester and Sunderland this year so fall short of the 3+ away tickets.
-
Is this likely to sell out before general sale on 5th May?
-
I'd have thought so, but you never know. Last away of the season usually sells pretty quickly.
-
Balls. I was hoping to get a ticket for this one to push my booking history upto 8 games. *facepalm*
-
I bought four yesterday morning. The girl I spoke to, said there was "limited availability".
-
Got one around 4pm today. Kid on phone said about 800 left
-
Anyone received theirs yet ?

Is it one per tkt reference? Need to get for my young nephews who live down that way. Thanks

It's not the last away though is it? *winky thing*
Mine arrived a couple of days ago.
-
Still looking for two tickets from anyone. Please Please!!

Yes, one per ref.
-
My match ticket came today, but not my free coach ticket. Do they usually come separate or should I be worried?
-
Mine have always come separately.

Always in my experience.
-
My match ticket arrived today .
Can't believe they've made this an early KO
Will be an 8am start I fear
-
Still looking for two references too, if anyone is able to help :D

Don't say that! I was planning on going to this one but have to wait for GS which I think is dumb. I've been to three matches this season, two away, that should entitle me to some pority.
-
Is it fancy dress then ?

Tickets still available in the online ticket office so fingers crossed that there'll still be a few left on general sale on Tuesday.

Yeah I do keep checking it. I'm thinking that if their not all sold by now then there should still be some left come Tuesday.
-
Exactly my thinking GB.
-
Tickets are now available on general sale from the online ticket office.
-
Yep just booked mine! Should be a decent game too even if there won't be much on it. Never been to St. Marys before either looks a decent ground :)
-
Won't be much on it? That's hopeful!
Away allocation now sold out.
-
Looking forward to this one...hopefully over 3000 Villa partying! :)
There appears to be a technical glitch on the ticket office...says sold out but still able to add tickets to basket.
-
Any travel advise for this one...what are the options for car, coach and train?
On the guide it mentions there is a park and ride service for £10 not far from the ground rather than driving into Southampton city centre...has anyone used this previously?
edit:
Just found this on Southampton website:
Please note: The Park and Ride service that functioned in previous seasons is no longer in operation.

Take your sunglasses , shorts and Hawaiian shirt, if the Suns out the away end is drenched in it. Bloody marvellous

Well I don't want to look like that prat Charlie Sheen so might just with a regular shirt lol. But yeah fingers crossed the weather should nice that day. Plus its two days after I hand in my disseration so singing Villa on to an impressive away win would be a great way to celebrate!

Saints are starting to look like a team who have given up on 4th and just happy to finish around 7th or 6th. If we win at the weekend then I think that is us safe. If not then this could be a bit of nervious afternoon I grant you that. It will be a good game either way I think they play good football, and we have been much better to watch the last month or so.

Isn't the ground only like 20 minutes walk from the train station anyway?
-
Got my tickets early on Tuesday - it's my first away game and I'm proper excited!
A friend lives in Southampton so I'm meeting him down there, we're gonna pop to the game and have a good laugh. Should be a cracking game!
-
Phoned the ticket office today and was offered free coach travel to Southampton. Apparently the club are providing 10 coaches free of charge so may be worth a call if you're looking to make travel arrangements.

My post from another thread...............
Plenty of city centre parking within walking distance

I should be able to leave my car in the hotel car park. Otherwise, I'd probably have used the Eastgate Street multi-storey
-
I think I got caught in really bad exit traffic in that multi storey after the 1-4 loss 2 years ago. Avoid.
-
Traffic is shit getting out of Southampton after the game. I drove home with barely any brake pads after that 4-1. Went through the gears to slow down. Great day that was.
-
Bugger. Wanted 2 tickets but all gone.
If anyone can't make it let me know.
Cheers
-
I think a draw at saints will be good enough to see
us safe as I can't see Hull getting anything at Spurs.
Will be at St. Mary's cheering on the Boys.
UTV.

Travelling down on the official coach for the first time in years. Leaves VP at 7:30am and I'm assuming it will take about 3hrs to get there. Do the police generally shepherd away coaches straight into the ground or will we be able to find a decent pub and food outside the ground?

Same here...I'm planning on making a break for the city centre for a full english and a couple of pints.
EDIT - also on the lookout for any spares if anyone has any
-
If anyone needs to shift a couple of tickets can they let me know? My Dad lives in Southampton and we always do this game together but I missed out this time because I was on holiday when they went on sale & it being the last away game made it a tougher gig than usual anyway.
I am travelling down to Southampton anyway so that we can watch it together on the telly, but if any last minute tickets came up we'd be delighted! (Although getting them might be an issue - I am intending to travel Friday night)
Thanks
-
One spare for Saints going if anyone needs. Will accept face value or nearest offer.
-
Thanks for offers I got sorted.

Which pubs are people thinking of heading to before and after the game? In previous years it's been Yates' in the city centre. But with an early kick off time wasn't sure if that's still the case?

Yates Breakfast
THE
BIG ONE
£5.50
Two sausages, two rashers of bacon,
two fried eggs, baked beans, chips,
