Considering the crowds they used to get when they were shit, it's amazing now that they are successful how much Citeh struggle to shift tickets. They Viagogo them like crazy.

Was planning to go with a mate, any idea if it'd be better to drive there myself or go by coach? Never been there.

I'm guessing a lot of fans get a ST so that it guarantees them a ticket for the big games, e.g Utd, Chelsea, etc. Then for bog standard games they are more than happy to sell it on.

Really? Never heard of that. Is that just so they can sell them at a reduced price? Used Viagogo a few times to sell my Villa ST when I haven't been able to go.

They flog them at £46, which as we are paying £44 makes me think that is face value. Always the top bit of the Colin Bell stand. Batches of up to 6 seats at a time.
I only know because I was bored one day and went through loads of clubs who sell on there.
They have this on their Viagogo T&C.
"You must be a Season Ticket Holder or Cityzen / Junior Cityzen member to purchase tickets (not applicable for Hospitality Tickets).
You can buy a maximum of 6 tickets per match.
If you want to sell your ticket(s) you must be a Superbia or Platinum Season Ticket Holder (not applicable for Hospitality Tickets)."

Guess it takes a while to get the glory hunters that Man Utd and Liverpool have attracted over the years, so they have their 40k-42k who were turning up ten years ago, but to get the extra 5k or so they need to fill the ground every week it's not easy aside from the big games.

It'd be interesting to see how many Arsenal or Chelsea would get for the small games if they didn't have to buy season tickets to get into the big ones.

£44 is a big ask for a late kick off TV game.

That 25K for a Champions League game at Chelsea a few years ago (maybe 8 or 9 with my memory!) always sticks in my mind.
It's also noticeable how many empty seats there are at Citeh and Arsenal for the 'shit' games. They definitely benefit with the "tickets sold" rule when it comes to announcing attendances.

Anyone know how many we've sold for this? May be tempted to get a ticket, then again it is the week after the Wembley weekender..

From memory there are all sorts of concessionary booths on the concourses around the ground. A legacy from the commonwealth games.

I can't go, am committed to teaching meditation in London where I live, but considering may get a ticket for my booking history,
does anybody plan to buy one without needing it against their reference, want a discounted one, a free one, or - just seen they are probably collection only now - even be prepared to collect one and take it up to the game as I can offer it to someone at Manchester Buddhist Centre....
Or maybe can be collected at ground?
-
I have a spare for sale if anyone wants one
-
Another spare ticket for sale...offers welcome. Must be collected from VP
-
Two of us thinking of going up for the game tomorrow and getting tickets at the ground. Could anyone confirm what blocks we're in at the Etihad please.
-
Does anyone know if we've got the top tier tomorrow...blocks 213, 214 and 215?
A Man City supporting friend reckons we might only have the bottom tier so would prefer to know if these blocks are home or away fans tomorrow.
