Title: Own The Villa Park Dugouts
Post by: paulcomben on November 27, 2014, 03:55:30 PM
A competition to win the Villa Park dugouts. Wow! Any Villa fans who run a parks team? Or have a huge garden?!

I thought this thread was going to be about a pitch invasion protest.

Occupy the dugouts!

Does TSM2 and his mumblings come with them?

I noticed on the TV on Monday that it looked different behind the dugouts, like they'd put a wall in there or painted something a differetn colour. Maybe a new manager has asked for those Recaro heated seats to be put in so they thought they'd do the whole dugouts

I wouldn't piss on one of our dugouts if they were on fire. Mostly full of useless buggers frankly. You've got Keano half asleep and Lambert doodling in a notepad.

Do they come with the mind vortex that appears to be fitted to the home dugout?

The mind vortex that tells Paul Lambert they're doing well, they're competing, they go again, you should be proud of them week after week.

Maybe standing in it and watching Charles N'Zogbia from inside said vortex will make him appear like Messi.

I believe they've had to fit the new dugout ready for the Rugby World Cup.

So, you mean basically that the competition small print should state 'May Contain Nuts'?

I've got a stream at the bottom of my garden, they would be great down there.
I can see myself going and sobbing in peace after a game.

I hope this doesn't mean they've installed those awful racing car style seats to replace them. That would truly represent another new low. Aesthetically anyway.

So, they are a better ownership option than a classic red phone box vis a vis the lack of urine contamination.

I can't say that I was ever tempted to urinate on the dugouts at Villa Park even when we were League Champions, personally, but each to their own.

Maybe the winner could get a Witch doctor to remove the curse from the dugouts and then ritualistically burn them. That might improve the results.

Well, it is the Ricaro type seats, going in.
Apparently they are heated as well, only the home team side though.

When I did the tour of VP 5 years ago, the guide said MON didn't want them as they were too comfy for the subs. If they had a hard bench to sit on they would hopefully try to start the game instead of sitting in the cushy recaro seats.

I bet Fox has pushed the Recaro seats as they can potentially be sponsored.

How's Lambert going to hide now when we are losing another game at home...

The new seats should be made by Armitage Shanks. Enough said.

Doesn't Legion have a 3 mile long garden? Sure I read that somewhere
