Title: Playing Football Matches
Post by: adrenachrome on April 22, 2014, 09:46:33 PM
Let's be honest. We have not been much use at this activity for the last four years.

Why not abandon the football thing and concentrate on our core competencies:

1. Creating plans and projects of which nobody knows any details.
2. Good training facilities for practicing throw ins.
3. Being carbon neutral.
4. Being community frendly
5. Good corporate and conference facilities
6. Good restaurants

Abandoning any attempt at playing football seems to have paid dividends for Chelsea tonight so you could be onto something here.

Some slippage on that one, for sure.

All about 90 minutes too long in my opinion. Specially where Villa are concerned.

I think the failure of the healthy eating bar under the Holte was a massive setback to the club.   On a par with being turned over by Bradford IMHO.

As Damon put it in a text to me "such a pity that Randy Lerner got all the little things right and the big things wrong".
