Hi guys, I'm currently part of a team conducting a study into how the fan experience has changed since the introduction of the Premier League.

Thought some of you might be interested in participating in this quick survey to help out.
Thanks a lot and good luck for the rest of the season (although not too much i've got a tenner on us finishing above you with my house mate)
Garfield.

Done, can you post your findings on here?

Done.
You should have added a comment section so I can rant and let out my anger.

Completed. Good range of questions, I thought.
-
Done. Thanks for that, some thought-provoking questions.

35)
Would you be willing to allow sponsors to change the entire identity of your club if it were to guarantee success?
Yes
No
Crikey. That's difficult to answer as a yes/no. For me it would depend on just what exactly the changes are and what success means. Very loaded question which could be debated. I think we've had a thread where that very debate was discussed too.

It would save me loads of money if the club did change its entire identity, because I would never go again.

I remember the last Stoke fan who came on here 'in peace'.

I was about to say, if you see Bunny tell them to f**k off!

Cheers fella's, I'll try my best depending on when the work is actually completed.
It was decided that this survey would be completely quantitative in order to read the results better, but we've asked similar questions in study groups to gain greater detail.
As for question 35, only 7 people of 201 answered yes so far, 6 of whom belonging to one club in particular..

Duly completed.

I think I missed what went wrong with Bunny. The last time I remember he was still being friendly and people seemed to like him. What happened?

I think I hate football ;-)

Done. Easy answers. Kill modern football.

Same... someone must have pressed the trigger.

Done. What will you be doing with the results once your survey is finished, garfield? Will you be publishing the results/use as part of a wider project, or is it just an academic exercise?

Good luck.

Good set of questions there.
Room for a few more as well directed at TV companies and their obsession with perceived bigger clubs.
-
I've completed it but I felt I wanted to add details to a lot of the questions, for example, question 37 about whether the money has been good or bad for the game, the realistic answer is both, the problems with the money is that a lot of it has been used in completely the wrong way, cant blame the money for that though, you have to blame the clubs/agents/players/league/fa for building an environment that has encouraged the money to be focused the way it is.
-
Done.
But I agree with some of the answers being hard to pick, like question 37. The money has been good in so far as we now have better players in the league to watch, but it's also created an elite that can't be caught through sporting means anymore and only by matching them financially.

I completed it but frankly thought many of the questions were either leading and / or binary. Needs much more opportunity for free text.
