Nah, he was still managing Coventry at that time.

Haven't seen that before. I was one of about 40 Villa fans at that game. Andy Gray was up against a man mountain in the form of Jercy Gorgon iirc.

You're right Derv. I've got him confused with Władysław Jan Żmuda. Easy mistake to make.

I bet Gordon Milne was in the programme or something. There's a word for the memory playing tricks like that.
