Villa' victory at Bramall Lane courtesy of Dwight Yorke' chipped Pen. There hadn't been too many Penalties taken like that at the time so I suppose it was a bit special
-
Cheeky
-
Remember watching this on the BBC, was a live Sunday match. Sean Bean was interviewed pre-match talking about When Saturday Comes and Goldeneye. I remember seeing Sheff Utd fans pelting our players with snowballs. Classy penalty and Yorkie did it again to David Seaman two years later.

Bastard freezing.
-
Quality, don't know why people don't do it more the keepers always dive
-
Drove over the Snake Pass from Manchester to Sheffield to get to Bramhall Lane for this one. Several feet of snow on the moors
-
I think it was at this match we booed Hansen as he walked round to the commentary poistion. and we applauded the United fans for helping to clear the pitch.
-
The camera is on the wrong side of the pitch!
-
I absolutely loved Tommy Johnson...probably my favourite season as a Villa fan, 95-96. I used to sit in my bedroom listening to every game on BBC WM or BRMB, can't remember. I was 13 at the time.

I was working in the Canaries with a big Sheffield United fan who was a mate of Sean Bean's at the time. They used to play football together apparently. Along with the bloke from the 'There may be trouble ahead' advert who has been in loads of stuff. I think he is in Doctors now. The jobbing actor bloke that is, not my ex workmate.

Great noise at that game.
