Captured the afternoon perfectly dave, an excellent assessment indeed.

To quote the great Homer Simpson....those are exactly my sentimonies. Great stuff and I too am still smiling.

Great stuff, can't wait for Saturday now!

I'm guessing it was subedited/auto corrected but Leandro rather than Leonardo Bacuna.

From doom to positive - isnt football brilliant?
Win at Hull and i cannot remember the last time we won 3 prem games in a row

Not so much of the frozen north Dave!!!!!
Last time we played there was the night before New Years Eve, when Hull were last in the Prem. It was bloody freezing.

Come now clampy, get your long johns and winter woollies on and smile :)
I remember a bitterly cold day at roker park in the mid 80s when we won 4-0 and that was coldddd - North Sea wind howling and pissing down with rain - still makes me shudder.
-
Great read and assessment of a weird and wonderful afternoon.
-
Another good article Dave.
-
"while alongside him Fabian Delph totally outshine another former Leeds player, James Milner"
Should that be "outshined" or "outshone" ?
-
Thumbs up there Dave. Good read.

Very good, Dave.
You talk, quite rightly, about the bond between us all. I noticed that El Ahmadi ran straight over to the players on the bench after scoring, and Bacuna ran over to embrace Lambert. We seem to have more of a united team than for some time.

This is the advantage of the transfer policy we have. Lambert has been criticised for not adding experience or paying more to get a few bigger name players but the team unity we can see should be held up in his defence against that.

The importance of the win is huge. A home win against a top team. Two birds with one stone. If we can get through our upcoming home double header unbeaten the belief will continue to grow.
