Another first for us (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23616170)

So Delph hits the post, it goes out for a free-kick, and we have graphics to confirm that it didn't go in? We know the Premier League havea new to but let's wait until it makes a difference.
-
I was a bit surprised to see it used as there was not even the slightest suggestion that the ball crossed the line .
-
Maybe it was just an excuse to check it worked?
-
Probably. Did make me laugh though.
-
not a first, they used it in the liverpool game for a Henderson shot that similarly came back of the inside of the post.
-
Guess they might make a similar check next week.
-
Used first today during the Liverpool - Stoke game. I love it already.

How the hell does that happen?
-
I like the fact the first use (just before the one above according to BBC just now) was to show a header "Cleared off the line" from about 3 yards into the 6 yard box.

Good, you're a miserable bugger often enough as it is.

I know I was thinking that. Wow this technology does work then.

The replay was shown about 10 mins after Delph hit the post on the big screen at emirates. Obviously someone forgot and than remembered that they can do that now!
