It also really shows how 100 years ago they were doing exactly the same things we are - season tickets, home and away fixtures, cup matches, discussing potential transfers etc. The only difference is they were discussing it all in the pub, whereas we do it all online.

I was stunned at just how similar it is to the season tickets that I remember, before the cards came in.

It is though a real link to a bygone age!
