This could be a defining moment in our season. How many want to be there to see it?

If we get a decent result at Reading it could be a 35000+ gate
However, if we lose at Reading I reckon we'll drop below 30,000

36,911. This will be similar to 'the Newcastle game' two years ago.
-
Difficult to call just yet, I expect a spike as some hardcore villa fans will show up out of concern / anxiety / loyalty / anger , not sure how to describe it.
Plus the reading result will have a big bearing.

I think it will certainly be one of those 'I was there' games. For better or worse.

I think after the weekends results we'll have a few more come along, and they will bring a decent crowd now too.
I'll go for around 36,500

It should be closer to a sell out but too many of our plastics won't bother turning up.

33,700
Don't think the 'missing 6000' will put in an appearance this season

I saw in another thread that they have sold out their allocation and when that happens, the attendance is usually over 33,000. Isn't there some kind of kids day going on as well?

I think if we get a big gate it could make the difference.

The Facebook page 'Proud to be a Villain' posted that it "Looks like around 38,000 so far!".
No idea how much reliability's in that statement but make of it what you will.

I have a feeling it is going to be a pretty good attendance for this 6 pointer as they are calling it.

From the OS.
Tickets for Villa v QPR have "rocketed out" of B6 HQ this week - with fans catching the season finale fever as they plan to cheer their team on to victory in the crunch clash.
Remarkably, over 33% of overall match tickets for the basement battle have been sold this week, that's over 4,200 since the victory at the Madejski Stadium.
Prior to the weekend win, ticket office chiefs were predicting a crowd of 32,000 but now it's looking like 38,000 plus as supporters answer the pleas of Paul Lambert and Ron Vlaar for huge support.
The family fun day deal of 4-4-£44 has now sold out in the North Stand Upper so the offer is now been used in Trinity Road Upper and the Family Stand.
All lower tiers of the ground are now sold out, along with North Stand Upper and Trinity Road Middle.
There's still good availability in Holte End Upper, Doug Ellis Upper and Trinity Road Upper.
Lambert has asked fans to drive the team on while Vlaar wants supporters to yell, scream and shout the team to victory.
