We finished 18th and only stayed up on the last day of the season, and had no cup runs of note that season. How is that any better than this season? ;)

And yet we were all amazingly happy with it all......It's because they tried to entertain us at least?

And did they try and entertain us? We scored 51 league goals, 15 of those came in 3 games. In the other 39 we scored 36. About as entertaining as a McLeish side.

The decent home games as far as I can remember were Wimbledon at Home, Chelsea at home and the Liverpool game on the last day of the season.

It was shit but those were the days when we'd have one shit season, once in a while. Now it seems we are destined to just have shit seasons until we either drop or get bought.
