Looking at the first team squad, there's about 27 first teamers there, not including the likes of Johnson and Carruthers), is there anyone else that should go to get experience/games/the hell out of VP?
For me:
Hutton - obviously!
Bowery - was a bit on the fence on this, but I just think with our 4 current strikers, he wont get any gametime - I want to see how he does in the Championship.
Stevens - I think he needs some games but I do like him.
Herd/Gardner - We have way too many midfielders so one being loaned out makes sense. Either going will be fine, but I would maybe lean towards GG to go, as I think he could rip up the Championship and would build his confidence up no end.

Would that be the Gardner currently out for six months?
-
Shit, when did that happen?
I still think maybe Herd going would be good for him, as I think 8 for four positions is fine, if he has an option to bring back if needed.
-
Johnson
Carruthers
Weimann
Stevens
Graham
Drennan
Burke
Preferably to teams that try to play good football. That'll do for the moment.
-
Absolutely not on Weimann I'd say. I think we'll need him.

Agree that we need Weimann at the club. He might already be out on loan, but I think giving the young keeper Siegrist first team experience somewhere would be beneficial to him and the likes of Carruthers could do with competitive action if they are not going to get near the squad.

Bowery too for me. If someone in the championship will take him then makes a good stepping stone.

Bowery
Hutton
Ireland
England
Wales
Ivory Voast
Bonetti
Sahnders
Balaban
Stas

I would hold onto Weimann for now, but Bowery, Hutton, Carruthers and Johnson would benefit from going out on loan.
I also think Albrighton could do with a month long deal in the Championship somewhere to boost his confidence and fitness.

Marc seems to completely split opinions at the moment (come to think of it a few of our players do), I thought he had a good game on sunday and would keep him around.
-
I think Weimann is close to being a really good player for us, that's why I'd send him out now as I think he could be a starter for someone, make a big impact and come back full of confidence. Then maybe bring him back and send Bowery out.

I'd agree with that, if our current strike force were consistently performing in the league, which they're not. We've no idea for example, if Benteke is going to settle, and two goals for Gabby doesn't guarantee that he's back to form.

I think Herd is a key player in the squad. He's the only player we have to naturally play the deep lying midfielder role if KEA is out.
EDIT: Actually, Westwood might figure in there, but he's still far too much an unknown quantity to risk sending Herd out on loan
-
I don't think herd is a key player for the squad on the grounds that I don't rate him.
-
Johnson, Grealish, Carruthers, Burke, Stephens, Williams.
-
Carruthers, Johnson, Bowery, and Drennan would benefit if they had game time in the championship.

Agree on that.
He gives us an extra option up front, and is good enough to play in this league already. He'll get plenty of game time this year.
-
Johnson
Carruthers
Bowery
Graham
Drennan
Burke
Westwood
Grealish
Stephens
All to best possible clubs who play good football. They need to start and gain confidence/experience. I'd like to see Westwood, Stephens, Johnson, Carruthers and Bowery in the championship
-
Johnson, Carruthers, Stephens, Grealish, Burke, Williams, Siegrist, Graham, Bowery, Cameron, Webb, Donacien, Devine, Robinson, Drennan.... etc
Take your pick. I'd do loan deals for any of them.
-
I'd like to see Carruthers on our bench as a wide option in games
-
I think any of the young players that haven't been included in the squads already should be considered for loans short or long term.
-
Westwood is an interesting shout, I assumed he had been bought to play, but he looked shaky at Soton and now appears to be behind Ireland, KEA, Bannan and Delph for the 2 centre mid slots so I'd be quite prepared to see him or Herd loaned out, maybe even both.
-
We would not loan out any of the Youth players. They play every week for the U18s and benifit from the coaching and game time they get which is appropriate for their development. The best of them are also playing Internationals (Grealish is away with Ireland at the moment)
Its the young pro's that need to go out. The club have told DJ and Carruthers they can go on loan apparently. Williams, Devine and Graham Burke would also gain something from a short term loan at the right club.
-
Enda Stevens could probably do with some games if anyone would have him. From the little I have seen of him, he looks able enough for the Championship.
-
Johnson needs to be handled carefully because I really believe he's going to be a class act. Some time in the championship might be the right move, I'd certainly like to see him in our set up in a couple of years time.
-
Lets send Bowery out to a Championship club. Can't hurt.
-
I'd be more inclined to send Gabby out on loan than Weimann.
-

We should loan out gabbythelegend to villatalk, apparently.
-
I think Carruthers might be in the 1st team squad soon, and hope he is.
For me, Bannan, Delf, Herd, Albrighon ,maybe Stevens, should be loaned out to teams who have a player we are interested in, such as Blackpool, Palace and Wolves in the hope that they are a success and we can use them in a swap deal.
Some of the younger players, like Drennan, Bowery, Stevens, who might make it, and are too young to make a judgement on, should go out on loan to get experience.

Good job Bannan did go out on loan to Blackpool in 2010 then.

Yep. Maybe that other Irish forward, I can't remember his name
-
Graham Burke?
-
I'd probably say Baker as after starting the first couple of games he hasn't made the bench recently.
-
Daniel Johnson has joined Yeovil on loan apparently, for one month

It's a shame he did'nt go to Walsall. Someone said on here the other day that we should send some forwards there seeing as they play good football and he would have been ideal for them.
-
Stevens - from what i have seen of him i do wonder why we bought Bennett - not a lot of difference bewteen them if you ask me
