Received this e mail from the club about an hour ago.
We are sorry that you have decided not to renew your AVTV subscription and want to assure you that you are always welcome to come back at any time.
We feel that it is really important to find out what our fans think of our service so to help us understand what we could do to improve AVTV in future and we'd love it if you could take a few minutes to fill out our short survey.
I renewed my season ticket a few weeks back, does that not automatically subscribe me to AVTV?

I also received the same, I replied to them only to have it bounced back to me.
Obviously they have put this out to consultants, who have thier wires mixed

You have to enter a PIN code which should be in your ST pack, which will reactivate the account.

Yep, I got this email as well. I have also recently had a few other emails asking me to renew, despite the fact that I had already renewed my season ticket and used AVTV with the new code. I deleted the email.

Yes that is what I did too, I can get into it with no problem so the contact was a bit confusing

Ring up the ticket office they will give you the reference number over the phone

I've had the mail too but had already reactivated the account?

I've had the email, so I replied saying that as an ST holder I didn't renew from their initial email but waited until the ST arrived so that I could use the PIN from that, and it hasn't bounced back ..... yet!

Me too - I re-activated my account with the PIN that came with the ST pack. Looks like someone's hit the send-to-all button by mistake.

Same as me - I replied to email but that too has bounced back. Haven't tried to access AVTV tho so not sure if it still works.

In spite of getting the email, I just logged in again with no probs. Looks like an email fcuckup
