Title: Highest-paying teams in the world

in 41st place - Aston Villa (http://espn.go.com/espn/story/_/id/7850531/espn-magazine-sportingintelligence-global-salary-survey-espn-magazine) so it's about £48,000 a week for the first team squad.... that's crazy, if it's true...

Far higher than Spurs, , Newcastle, Everton, Fulham, Stoke, Sunderland etc., what a joke.

the fact that we are that high shows why the board have gone crazy trying to get it under control. However, I am also convinced that they didn't plan that coupled with a real relegation scrap and complete instability at the club, and amongst the fan base.
