Theme From an Unmade Silent Movie
Escape
We Will Rock You
Rendez-Vous IV
The Bells are Ringing
Thunderbirds
The 'Fanfare'
Any others you can remember?
-
I think I may have been the only person who really liked Escape and was upset when they got rid of it.
unfortunately, we definately came out to this for a bit around 2006 or 2007 I distinctly remember:
We also came out to Club Foot by Kasabian around that time for a bit as well, which I was perfectly happy with.
-
No, I liked Escape aswell. Wish we still had it. It continues to be my message tone.
-
A lot of people my age hated it, I frequently heard "Need to get rid of that shit opera music".
Sad, really.
-
I'm 41. I liked it.
-
I liked it too. Its the ring tone for the alarm clock on my mobile.
-
My alarm clock tone is the commentary leading up to Peter Withe's European Cup winning goal. Love it. TFAUSM is my ring-tone.
-
I thought you had that Pigbag mix as your ringtone Leeg.
-
No. TFAUSM, Escape and Withe's finest moment are all I need.
-
Oh and by the way, shouldn't it be 'PeterWithe'sShin'? (Please feel free to add to the 'Little Things...' thread on OT)
-
Probably, but it's an internet football forum so who cares.

I do...
-
I know. That's one of the reasons I've never asked for it to be changed!
-
We ran out to republica ready to go back around 96? Ish, good upbeat tune to run out to :D
-
I think this would sound good

This thread is not for suggestions as to new music, I'm trying to get a definitive list of what we've already had.

Remember the mid 80's when we ran out to the theme tune to The A Team, then got soundly beaten most weeks?
The Bells Are Ringing from last year was the real low point, however.

AC/DCs Hells Bells was played before the Fulham game. That didn't last long!
-
I loved Escape.... Bring it Back!!!
-
So did I. It was played on Saturday.
-
Really enjoyed Hells Bells...want it back!
-
I was immensely satisfied to hear Escape, I even tried to sing along.
It didn't go down well with those around me.

Oh brilliant. I hope it stays.
-
I bet you're all trying desperately to forget this one.
-
I think we ran out to Popcorn by Hot Butter for a while in the 70's. Does anyone remember ?
-
Hope they keep playing Hells Bells.
Wouldn't mind them giving this a go either if they are going with a bell theme.

I remember the A team
much as I like Hells Bells, it's not doing us any favours, Highway to Hell is more appropriate ATM
for Spurs game we should bring back Theme from an unmade silent movie & get the prayer mats out :-\
-
Hells Bells - played before Sunderland sounded great
-
Wake Up - Arcade Fire for a bit.
-
I remember them using Arcade Fire's "Wake Up" at one point.

This used to play over the tannoys in that period before we went down to Division Three. This cheesy melody may have been the reason for our decline at the time.
-
It should be TFAUSM, it's the only song unique to us and it's bloody brilliant.

Totally agreed. It needs to be played at full volume.
