Worrying news if true, I was really hoping that we'd have him back for the Chelsea game. Does anyone fancy taking a stab at when he'd play again?

"Alex McLeish has confirmed Aston Villa winger Charles N'Zogbia is to visit a specialist after suffering a knee injury in training.
The 25-year-old missed Villa's 3-0 defeat at Arsenal on Saturday after picking up the knock two days earlier and he is set to travel to Paris for an assessment.
N'Zogbia has endured a difficult debut season at Villa, but McLeish has been pleased with the former Wigan wide-man's form in recent weeks.
"The long-term diagnosis is that Charles is going to go to Paris to see a specialist," McLeish told the club's official website. "The doctor is taking him and they will look at the knee.
"He has got a ligament strain from a clash of knees with Gary Gardner in training two days ago.
"It was a blow to lose Charles. He was in decent form and getting better with every game.""

He'll be telling the specialist he 'kneed's a new club.
-
now we just need to track down specialists for the rest of his body and he could be half decent
-
A couple of weeks of in Paeis this time of year. Very nice.
-
Being as he 'almost' played today, anyone think he'll be around for the Chelsea game then?
-
Ah, a 'specialist' in 'Paris'.
I wonder if he got the contact number from a business card left in a phone box.
-
His knees can't be as bad as mine. I've only got to go to Solihull to get mine sorted.
-
Hope his knee recovers soon. We need his talent in the side.
-
The manager needs to see a specialist , if you ask me .
-
If it means he plays instead of Heskey, please come back soon Charles.

Frankly, he has been so poor for the money paid he could only get better. The `improvement` had been marginal at best.
Typical statement summing up this entire season, desperately clutching at straws when a tiny bit of half decent football fleetingly appears for a few brief moments.
-
He has been getting better with every game though, well the ones he's been allowed to start in.
-
I think he's mentally gone - he does not seem to have the taste for a career at Villa.
