A work colleague has asked for some help in getting hold of 2 CC final tickets. Her husband is from Cardiff and she promised him that she will get tickets if they got to the final! Stupid girl..... but really decent human being. Any idea how she can do this? Any help would be appreciated.

go to all the home games or be a season ticket holder, other than that silly girls shouldnt make promises for glory hunting fans as there are probably tens of thousands of others who deserve those tickets before him! if he cant get a ticket coz he hasnt been for 5 years then bollocks to him!

[/quotesorry, always a few who want something for nothing and i cant abide by it! if they aint eligible by being a proper fan then they shouldnt get one!
the real fans miss out when corporate gets hold and it is wrong! and when it is off a mate of a mate it puts ticket prices up for all of us!

Cardiff's stadium holds 25,000.
Cardiff's allocation is 32,000.
Surely it can't be that hard to get a ticket through official sources?

your the man to ask,how did you get on at last seasons final?

Ok, she is naive in her promise but don't shoot the messenger. Aftab mate, I think the best option is the touts, the later you leave it before kick and you see a tout getting desperate to sell up thats the time to strike.
Other than that, im guessing they might have it on a big screen near the stadium.

Kick off, not kick, wish I re-read my posts more often ::)

Thanks Andy. I have directed her towards couple of Agencies. 2 for £700 is the cheapest so far.

Professional fan alert..
Miserable twat, he was only asking

football is expensive enough for the majority who turn up to support the team, if touts were cut out then ticket prices would be less expensive, more fans could get in ground and when they are rewarded with success would be the ones who get to see the team !
supporters get the wrong end of the deal all the team and if you disagree with that that is your opinion. if i was a cardiff fan who has SUPPORTED my club i would want a ticket and not be dissapointed by others ability to get one on the sly!

sorry if my socialist side offends anyone.

It's your miserable arsehole side that I find offensive.

Kindly calm down and not resort to insults please.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't our allocation in 2010 go to General sale before we sold out?
So can't see just ring up Cardiff and get some tickets off them, I suppose this friend of hers supports Cardiff and goes to a game once in a while????
I'd estimate Cardiff have about 10k season ticket holders so with the 30k allocation it will probably go to general sale.

I thought it went down to 8 home games?
-
Pretty sure it was close to general sale.
-
I don't think the League Cup final was general sale. The FA Cup semi-final didn't sell out though.
Ahhh.... it's already the dim and distant past!
-
Yep, seems like 20 years ago rather than 2 years ago!
Sigh.
